In the end, the hotel provided me a dessert that I originally should have given me, and I felt a little better. ---♡♡♡ A hotel that keeps saying it can't be done. Since the lounge was under construction, I heard that lounge benefits were available at the cafe on the first floor, so I made a reservation. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told number 3 that they couldn't do anything because the lounge was under construction. They gave me the key and told me I could go up, so I asked them if they had forgotten anything, and they answered no. When I showed them the hotel reservation conditions, they gave me a name tag and two snacks as a special gift. In the end, I went out to eat, and when I asked again, it turned out that I had given the wrong answer. They say they can give you cake, fruit, and coffee just within three hours. I'm full, but it's amazing. The weather was 30 degrees and the swimming pool was under construction so I couldn't use it.

Good breakfast. Nice views. some equipment are old. TV is small and quality of the channels are not good. No smart toilet and no minibar.

Wyndham Grand Hotel is a bit far out but it's really peaceful and quiet for families that need some rest and to catch up on their sleep! The staffs were so friendly and helpful for a request I've asked for and accommodated my every needs! We were welcomed with small gifts and free afternoon high tea that is part of our room package!

Amazing room, sea view even from bathroom. The help from Lydia and Peter in English made my stay even more comfortable. Thank you both ❤️ The service was great and quick. Breakfast was rich with warm and cold options. Plenty of fruit choices. I would advise to add cheese to the menu.

We had a wonderful few days stay. The receptionist (Tina) provided us with a room with a nicer view of the bay. Unfortunately, executive benefits are not what they used to be. Trip and the guide in the room still show the full range, but in many cases this is outdated information. Nevertheless, the hospitality is particularly high in this hotel. Special thanks also to the cleaning lady. Very alert to clean the room during breakfast and to provide plenty of extra water.

總體來説住的很滿意，五一長假期間性價比也很不錯了!我們中間有換房，所以21樓的風景和11樓的景觀都有體驗，員工服務非常貼心和周到，備品的補給都很及時，Tina發現小朋友愛吃鳳梨酥，還特意多拿了兩袋給小朋友。 周邊也有沙灘，酒店還可以借小童的挖沙玩具!我們在這裏度過了愉快的假期，下次去廈門還會選擇這裏~

衝著温德姆至尊酒店定的，本以為是温德姆集團的天花板了！但是自從我後來住了集美湖豪生酒店之後，才發現這一家温德姆的經濟型酒店比至尊酒店服務更好。。酒店位置比較偏，周圍沒什麼吃的，還有超過1.2米的小童必須要買早餐，很多服務都是收費為基礎。。。

酒店是歐式風格的酒店，在海滄區，靠近嵩嶼碼頭，去鼓浪嶼及中山路第一碼頭坐船非常便捷，有不錯的海景能夠看到鼓浪嶼的內厝澳碼頭，住店期間發生一些小插曲，五一人流量較大，小孩子多客房比較吵鬧，枕頭比較高被子比較厚，這些問題第一時間進行反饋，酒店工作人員也積極的進行解決，為他們的服務點個贊，在這裏也很感謝前台林雅娟的接待，是一家值得推薦的酒店

一家四口來廈門旅行，住了七尚，悦來，最後一天因為錯過買機票臨時選擇了海旅温德姆，沒想到格外的驚喜！ ✨酒店內部環境乾淨舒適，早餐種類豐富，幾天以來最滿意的一頓早餐。 ✨服務周到，酒店可以免費送客到碼頭乘船登陸鼓浪嶼島。 ✨尤其是房間，原本定的70平的兩居室海景家庭套房，人美心善的Tina小姐姐給辦理了免費升級，房間視野更開闊，客廳和兩個卧室均能看到海景，客廳空間更大，南北通透，大多酒店很悶，空氣很差，海旅温德姆的套房對於有鼻炎的朋友簡直不要太友好，睡覺玩耍香香，特別適合帶小朋友的家人們！

對於酒店入住，很不錯的，住了3晚，全程服務特別好，前台、客房服務、大門口人員，真心點個贊，很熱情且服務非常棒。安排的樓層是12樓，視野是海景和市景各佔一半，每天在廈門玩得都很充實，渡過了一個愉快的五一假期，有機會還會入住此酒店，後期如果市區有一家就更好了！

五一到廈門旅遊真是人山人海，島內房價貴的出奇，選擇了島外温德姆酒店，在海滄區，酒店對面有個嵩嶼碼頭可以直接坐船到鼓浪嶼和中山路非常便捷，完美的避開了擁堵，酒店五一還有免費接駁車到碼頭，司機人非常和善服務態度非常好，酒店提前一天安排了服務管家林雅娟進行接待，入住前問清楚了我們到店的人數及需求提前安排好房間，我們到達酒店時已經按照需求幫我們房間安排妥當，非常滿意酒店的服務，值得推薦
