Lovely hotel, really modern amenities. Courtyard is a lovely space to chill. Cooked Chinese breakfast was really delicious.

Overall a very good experience. Good location, nice design, not noisy, fast service, and lovely garden. Breakfast selection and food temperature need to be improved, staff can be more proactive about introducing the sights on the island and providing suggestion, shower was a little slippery when wet, and soap provided was pretty terrible.

A cozy place with superb service.

First of all, I want to say that the Hotel is really nice, so the location, and I really had nice time there. This said, I would like to point out that the service should really improve. It happened to me that I booked through Ctrip a room for 2 days. After few hours the hotel contacted me and referred that the room I booked "was not allowed to accept foreigner guests" (in the hotel description is written that foreigners are accepted). The hotel staff offered me another a room, actually nicer, for the same price. I accepted under this condition. Once I arrived in the hotel, the hotel staff gave me a different room, not the one the offered me, another one - less nice (this one, differenly from what prospected, without balcony and smaller). After my complains (if you propose to exchange my room for a better one and then you give me a different one, less nice of course, I might think you are in bad faith) the hotel staff gave us the promised room. I also would like to point out that the room, after the first night, has not been really clean. Only the towel were changed. There still were our mugs with the coffe and the table was still dirty. I understand that at the time of my trip there was a clear lack of staff due to the covid-peak that affected china. However, I since I still had to pay the full price for the hotel room I expect a full (and bettera=) service. Therefore I think the hotel should definetely take note and improve the offered service.

鬧中取靜的小洋房 頗具閩南民國風的民宿 酒店的服務很貼心 送的迎賓小糖果很好吃喲！前台的弟弟妹妹們熱情周到 還幫我解決了旅遊中的一些問題！和家人情侶過來小住幾日真的很舒心愜意 酒店的早餐也很精緻豐富 超值了👍

季茉山丘旅館的整體氛圍寧靜舒適，無論是獨自旅行還是與家人朋友同行，都能在這裏找到屬於自己的寧靜空間。旅館的庭院和露台等公共區域為旅客提供了休閑放鬆的場所，可以在這裏曬太陽、沐月光、品茶聊天，享受悠閑的度假時光～下次來鼓浪嶼我還來住～

酒店環境不錯，有一個院子，早餐也不錯，管家服務很好，孩子在沙灘玩濕了，聯繫管家送行李，主動幫我們送過來，雖然送錯了行李，但是我還是很滿意的，畢竟鼓浪嶼都是靠走路的，管家拖着行李箱辛苦。

酒店環境，衞生，服務都很棒。前台跟小哥哥和小姐姐都很熱情，服務很貼心。酒店房間很大，環境也很舒服，適合休閑休息。 「隨心飲」MINI吧飲品自由:贈送飲品和糖果 很合適的休閑打卡。👍👍👍👍👍👍

酒店選好了，這趟旅程就成功了一半。 這家酒店滿足了我們所有的住宿願望！早知道來廈門就一直住在這裏了。 環境：特別安靜的一個小巷子裏，院子很大，整個院子裏有三棟樓，裝修風格很像歐洲庭院，噴泉、搖椅、像大樹一樣的仙人掌，休閑桌椅，每個角落都可以坐下來欣賞美景。 早餐：早餐很有特色，一人一份，不夠還可以添加，讓吃飯充滿了儀式感。餐廳是我喜歡的風格。 住宿：有大床房、親子房一張大床加一張小床，滿足了帶孩子出行一家人的住宿需求。房間很乾凈，床也很舒服，每間房間都風格不一樣。 工作人員熱情周到，細心，讓我們有回家的感覺，總之，特別滿意，有機會再去鼓浪嶼玩還住這裏，一定多住一陣子！

很有南洋風情的小洋房，打開卧室門，就看到鬱鬱葱葱的樹，心情一下子舒緩了很多，想起了杜拉斯的《情人》。民宿服務很不錯，有問題及時響應及時解決，早上的麪線很好吃，還有洗衣烘乾機，對熊孩子出行很友好。值得一提的是，推薦的人文研學活動非常不錯，楊老師很有底藴，對歷史如數家珍，換一個角度來看鼓浪嶼，秒殺一眾導遊。若沒有這個活動，鼓浪嶼就是商業化休閑地，走了這一遭，感慨百年來風雲滄桑，人世變遷。

性冷淡風格，位置離內厝澳碼頭比較近，喜歡安靜的首選，服務非常好，前台小妹妹有求必應，贈送了漆扇，小朋友很開心，早餐也可以，精緻好吃，推薦推薦！

5星鼓勵一下，之前在逐浪嶼住過民宿所以沒有太大預期。但是這家酒店不論從服務還是環境來説都很好，房間雖小五臟俱全，看得出來非常注重細節，設計感也很強，房間採光很好這要歸功於3扇大塊的玻璃窗。不足的地方也是有的，管道下水很慢，空調功率不夠制熱難度大，電視遙控沒及時換電。早餐雖然是定食，但非常精緻好吃，胃口不大的男生完全夠用，如果不夠也可以去續一碗麪。總之下次登島我仍然還會選擇這家酒店

房間不錯，整體乾淨。服務很到位。服務員小雅温暖又貼心，幫忙拿行李，隨時跟客户溝通，服務周到，熱心。有問必答，每一次發消息都是秒回覆，禮貌又周到。酒店贈送的贊花藝術照也很贊!滿意!
