As per my previous review, this hotel is the best Crowne plaza i have stayed at and one of the best hotels i have found in China. Without repeating my previous review, the rooms are new and excellent quality, the facilities perfect and the staff are exceptional - always friendly and amenable. Special mention for the housekeeping staff who seem to work tirelessly. I travel extensively so i can be fussy and sometimes dismissive of the ‘hotel experience’, but this hotel is really exceptional. I will return for sure

We came late in the evening, but they welcomed us warmly. The hotel upgraded us to the better room. In the morning we had just a perfect breakfast, I went to the swimming pool and spent a nice time swimming early in the morning. I can strongly recommend this hotel. Vita

The location of the hotel is great as it is close to airport and the MTR . The hotel room cleanliness is acceptable quality. The breakfast food has many choices. The front desk service is very poor. The front desk reception (staff name Lottery) is not helpful at all. I have provided my IHG member number and requested him to add into the system to collect point but he did not do it. His understand of English was very poor. I have checked in with my passport and although I told him that nowadays immigration do not stamp the passport any more as it is by passing through electronic gate, but he keep requesting for immigration stamp. He is not friend and not even a smile on his face. After completed the registration, he did not even told me my room number and did tell me where the lift to room located. His services was the worst I had in many hotels that I have stayed.

A first class hotel. Clean. Well decorated. Very good amenities. Good breakfast. We are very grateful to their conceiege. Mr Cheng Li spent a long time to teach me how to download the train app and how to book train tickets. Very kind and patient. Another staff also help me to get a local phone and phone card. Many thanks to all of them. The only drawback is the location. No convenient shop nearby. No metro. Seafood restaurants are 20mins walk from hotel under the hot sun with no shelter. The Chinese restaurant is Ok but choice rather limited.

Upon check in, Manager Andy was at the reception and offered an upgrade when he saw that I was with my eighty years old mother and children. He was amazingly polite and I truly appreciated his effort to make our stay as comfortable as can be. The hotel is amongst the best in the region and I was given a room with sea view. Highly recommend this hotel to those who love a great view and impeccable service.

All in all I had a very good stay here. Staff speaks a little bit english and is very friendly and willing to help. The room was very clean, the view is great, the hotel bar was cozy and breakfast offered a huge choice and plenty of everything. I didn‘t see anything that could be improved and can fully recommend this hotel.

Hotel neighbourhood not develop, reception and check-in/ check-out process fast.. Breakfast acceptable, the all day menu has some dishes not proprerly made especially the italian dishes, the chef do not have the concept of doing pasta.
