Everything was perfect ! Special thank you to Carle Chen how helps us a lot to have the most amazing anniversary! He helps us a lot and always very welcoming The room was amazing very big and pretty, the balcony have pretty view on the beach, very quiet and peaceful The swimming pool is very clean with a pretty view on outside The breakfast is a big buffet with western food We forgot one shirt and Carle helps us to send it by mail Thank you so much for all the helps All the staff people are very nice and helpful The hotel propose also photography on the beach, very pretty pictures

This is absolutely my favorite place in Ningbo 😳😍. A free room upgrade! Because I booked through @trip.com. Benefits of being a member 😃😀Our stay was nothing short of an amaaaazing time. The hotel is close to the beach, beautiful sea view, the sunrise is breathtaking and the sea breeze is a cherry on top. The staff is very welcoming, sweet, patient and very helpful. Vic Guo was always available and hands on whenever we needed help, he speaks English which made everything easier. The rooms are beautiful and spacious 😍 and truly have the best views that will make you find it very hard to take your eyes off. I felt very comfortable in the room, the couch and bed are soft and comfortable, I must also mention the spacious walk in closet, if you are an over packer like me, you are definitely covered 😂. I felt home away from home, and that’s the kind of comfortability I needed and got 😉. Breakfast was delicious, there are so many options to choose from in the western restaurant. We also had lunch and dinner, which was as delicious. I absolutely recommend this hotel, my experience with Crowne Plaza is always top tier in every city 👌🥂

Gr8 stay property is old but gr8 stay !! Location is beach front !! Pleasant stay

It’s one of my worse experiences in my life , I never can imagine how bad is it , all of the door from hotel to beach was closed , actually hotel don’t have any beach , you have to go outside of hotel and from other way go to the beach , 3 security man was near the beach and don’t let anyone touch the water and they shouted by speaker anytime , you never feel any relax in this kind of place. I didn’t see any foreigner there , I booked 2nights but stayed one night Becouse of very bad feeling , but Breakfast was good and staff was very helpful

We had a good stay. The hotel staff Sam was very helpful. They gave us an upgrade, and we're attentive. Nice fireworks was organised on 31st night next to the beach thus, it was a grand start to the new year. Though, hardly any staff spoke English except for Sam, yet they were able to help via translation through WeChat. On 31st night the Buffet dinner just had Chinese food selection and not much vegetarian option, when we asked if they could do any other vegetarian dishes, the manager and the chef went out of their way, and to our surprise they served us Indian style fried rice and vegetables korma and barbecued veggies... What could be better than this thoughtful gesture... On top of that they made the dinner complimentary for us. Many thanks for your warm hospitality. We will certainly be back at this amazing hotel. 👍👍🙏🙏

很舒適的環境，相當滿意的一次出遊，酒店位置優越，環境OK，內外部設施齊全，服務熱情，入住細節滿分，攜程訂購還有實用小禮品，滿意！附贈的新鋭旅拍沒有因為是贈品而降低服務標準，同去的三家女士相當滿意

酒店在東海半邊山，路過覺得環境不錯。前去打探遇到了前台的張十一，幫助訂了房間，還升級了海景套房，入住後感覺服務設施衞生都很不錯，海景盡收眼底，太美了，超出了預期，一次非常開心滿意的旅行。值得推薦！

酒店貼心的升級了房型，很舒適。海景房，正對海邊沙灘，風景優美。房間設施完善。管家非常盡責，有問必答，主動告知各項權益。 還有贈送的新鋭旅拍，攝影老師很專業，很負責，幫我們拍出來喜歡的照片，非常開心、滿意的一次旅行。

這次和朋友一起度過了一個愉快的假期酒店給我們留下了深刻的印象。感受到了熱情周到的服務。 liya ding非常友好暖心，房間可以欣賞到美麗的海景。酒店的設施也完善酒店的工作人員非常細心和體貼。他們會主動關心我們的需求，為我們提供無微不至的服務我們非常滿意這次的入住體驗，推薦！

帶爸媽來度了個愉快的週末 二老感覺很滿意 早餐非常豐盛 客房面積大又乾淨整潔 而且酒店地理位置不錯 客房大陽台正對大海 海景無敵 特別是賓客服務部的Zola zhao提前一天聯繫並添加了微信 告知自駕路線 還免費給升級了房間 服務周到又貼心 滿足了住店期間的一切需求 離店時酒店還貼心的準備了小食 以後還會再來 好地方值得推薦

海景房可以看海看日出看星星，下樓就是沙灘，非常適合親子，淡季性價比高。 這次旅行最滿意的是管家服務wendy zhang，所有大大小小的問題都幫忙解決了，知道小朋友生日還準備了禮物～

房間有做升級，特別滿意，雖然裝修和細節有比較老舊的部分，但是考慮到酒店的年份，是可以理解的。 酒店工作人員服務特別到位，行前Zola Zhao主動聯繫並添加微信，幫忙預訂了想要的增值服務，晚餐又貼心詢問是否需要幫忙預訂，並在退房後提醒準備了行路小食飲料。 整體上看來，作為經常獨自旅行併入住度假酒店的消費者，這家酒店的性價比非常有優勢，下次來象山仍然會選擇該酒店🫶🏻

酒店周邊環境超讚！房間自帶大涼台，在涼台的圓形大躺椅上看海景，超棒！室外無邊泳池也是一大亮點。早餐吃的也不錯，品種比較豐富。但是有兩點不足。1、室內泳池一端太淺，游泳時，人幾乎貼到池底，根本無法正常轉身。2、走廊和房間黴味很重，我們第二天起床都感覺咽喉難受。估計酒店地處海邊，而且近期雨水較多。這事關顧客健康，希望酒店重視！
