Extremely helpful staff - made sure I was comfortable when waiting for the pick up at the airport as it was raining heavily. Kept in touch with me through out the journey to the hotel. I felt that this experience was a genuinely warm comforting embrace from strangers, I feel like I was treated like family and that is a rarity in the hotel industry. Clean and spacious room, well maintained. Comfortable bed. View wasn’t great but not the hotel’s fault as construction under way next to building - there was no noise at all. I loved the “help to sleep” feature on the TV as this really did help after a long day. Breakfast was amazing, the lady was very helpful and catered to my dietary requirements. Excellent coffee. I will be visiting again. 谢谢🙏🏽

A fantastic, brand-new hotel with excellent service and pristine facilities. We booked it specifically for its proximity to the airport; their shuttle service made catching our early 7:00 AM flight entirely stress-free. While dining options in the immediate area are limited—we found just one noodle shop within walking distance (though it was very good)—you can easily take a Didi into town if you want more variety.

The hotel is located about 20mins from Terminal 5 Xian International Airport. We contacted the hotel via trip.com app and the hotel staff connected us to their WeChat to provide the shuttle van plate number and location. We waited at exit door 533 level 3 Departure level for our shuttle van. The hotel is new and room was very clean. Its a bit small but we love the cosy room. Our flight arrived close to midnight and this hotel is perfect for a good night’s rest. Bed and pillows were really comfortable. Breakfast was good too. We booked the shuttle van the next morning to the airport terminal 2 to proceed with our journey to the city Centre.

Friendly and attentive staff! They even arranged a free airport pickup despite the very late hours. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade for my birthday, such a thoughtful and memorable gesture.

We arrived in Xi’an Xianyang Airport around 00.30am therefore, we decided to stay 1 night and next day going to Xi’anbei zhan to catch the high speed train.  The hotel counter staff liaised with their driver, 如初， fetch us from the airport to hotel.  The room was spacious & clean.

Spent a night here and it was truly an amazing stay. The rooms are very tidy and comfortable with great facilities. The airport pickup and drop off services was very effective.

Had a great 2 day stay. They have 24hr airport pick up and send off. Just text them on the trip.com app. I was amazed with their prompt response back. I was queuing for immigratiion clearance while making last min pick up. And in no time when I was done.. car already waiting. Free beans coffee but have to pick up at the coffee bar next to reception. Exceptional service. Free breakfast that starts at 6am. Its basic but good enough. Clean laundry room and gym for guest use. Need an hour drive to the center. But was told there is a night market 10mins drive away. In anyways I was just transiting and first time to Xi An. Love it as a short overall. I will come visit and stay in this boutique hotel again.. next time I want to see Qi Zai.. the brown giant panda 🥰

We took on this hotel because of our late arrival to the Xianyang airport and this hotel offers free pickup service. Upon arrival, we have to do some baggage claims which made it extremely hard and late but driver have got no complain. It appears like driver only drove out from hotel upon my call to inform that we are otw out to boarding area. We stayed for one night and in early morning we went to famen temple. Missed the checkout timing due to the transportation and hotel staff is nice to accommodate late checkout with a 5 star review in exchange. Breakfast is nothing fancy, basic yet filling. Small area which is quite cozy.
