This was exactly as it was advertised! A bed within the airport without anything else. No sink, no toilet, no shower. Just a nice quiet place to catch a nap without needing a cab or anything else as required by any off-site hotel. It was a bit awkward to go brush teeth etc in the airport restroom, and given the fact that it is nothing more than a bed, it might be considered a bit pricey. But if I were in the same circumstance ever again (arrived at midnight with an early morning train the next day), I would stay here again.
Note that the Trip.com site really needs better instructions on how to get to these capsules... you need to go to the departure floor and these are on a hallway right at the side of check-in counters.

Convenient as located within airport. We booked one night since our flight is in the morning. The double bed is queen size, no space to turn for two adults. The bed and pillows are comfortable. It does feel claustrophobic when the door is closed. Quiet.

Everything positive, but very poor indication to find it in the airport and usb cable to recharge mobile phone, doesn’t work.

Simple bed for the night (or part of). Certainly better than the airport floor. Not the description is wrong as this is on the arrivals level not departures.

Super convenient, once you get out of the security check and feeling tired or waiting for layover it’s right next to it!!! The staff is super nice!!

The capsule hotel is located just beside arrival side of Terminal 3 Xisnyang Airport, which is nice as I could immediately take my rest as I arrived at 12.30am. The capsule is clean and smell nice. There are soft and hard pillow with blanket. You can adjust the aircon fan speed and reading light. It's quiet as most people go there for nap or sleep before they move on with their journey.
