Thanks for preparing the breakfast for me today. It’s warm and sweet to have the earlier breakfast in the 3am. Everything looks perfect except the anti-noses protection. It’s not good enough or can be considered a bad memory for me. Could you do it better?

The hotel experience is very good especially we checked in very late like 3am in in the morning! The hotel provide free shuttle service pick up from airport to hotel. The rooms are clean, the basic amenities are complete, the hotel's layout and facilities are well maintained, the rooms are warm and comfortable, and the air conditioning is warm. The hotel service is very nice, and it is a good choice for accommodation near airport. And comes with breakfast too which is great.

The hotel was near the airport and there were a few shops nearby. The condition of the room was really good, the room was very nice. The staff were helpful.

Very clean hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free airport pickup and drop off. Breakfast has good variety of choices. Very safe area for female solo traveller.

This hotel was a great way to spend my night after a late flight to Xi‘an. It is a little tough to get in touch with the hotel over trip.com which made it hard to organise the pick up but it kinda worked out after all.

Great. Has so many nice things like what other reviewers said. However, the person on duty didnt call me to board the shuttle despite me sitting ‘ waiting at the reception lobby. There was a change in shift so i reckon contributed to the oversight. Nevertheless, love the coffee, fried rice, millet porridge, nice biscuits & snacks, beautiful hotel & very nice room. All for a great price. Thank you.

LOCATION: We arrived very late at night into Xi’an Airport. This was a very easy hotel to get to from the Airport, approximately 16 RMB to Terminals 1/2/3 and 32 RMB to Terminal 5. Although the Airport is far away from central Xi’an or the Terracotta Mausoleum, DiDi’s are very cheap way to get around and the road infrastructure provides excellent connections. CLEANLINESS: The room was clean, with linen and shower facilities being to a high standard with nice toiletries. SERVICES: We spoke only English, and while there is an inevitable language barrier, the hotel staff were nonetheless helpful. The morning breakfast was good. While Chinese breakfasts can be foreign to those with a western palette, there were sufficient options and variety to fill us for two very busy days. The coffee machine was not great, but otherwise no issue.

Close to airport

My mom, cousin and me arrived very late at the airport, around 2am, the hotel send a small bus for us, (I already had their WeChat because I call them before to check that everything was ok with the booking, they couldn’t speak English so they add me on WeChat, that they way I could tell them i arrived) Did the check in fast, they noticed we were very tired! The room is very clean, the beds perfect and everything was perfect 👌 The location is very close to the airport, but far from the city (we used Didi)

A bit hard to reach from the closest metro station. But the room was very comfortable. Spacious & clean. Breakfast buffet had only limited food options. But there are quite a few restaurants nearby. Can book a free shuttle to the airport. They gave me a complimentary drink (sour plum soup) which was nice!

Bad experience. There was no service. On top of that, in the night , the temperature of the room went up to 24 Celcius. I turned on the airco, but it only got warmer. I went down to the reception and they told me the airco cannot be managed on a room level and that the airco/heating is coordinated for all the rooms. Terrible experience, I didn't sleep well and on top of that the lady screamed in Chinese through the phone. Nobody spoke or tried to speak English..

The family suite is really spacious and clean. Highly recommended.

Easy to find shuttle bus just outside airport. Shor drive like 10 min to hotel. Good condition of room and very clean. Breakfast has very generous spread of local dishes.
