Very good experience! Staff was super friendly, the view was amazing!

服务很好 very polite and very friendly staff. they have drivers to send us to and fro within changpingou area. the rooms are very warm and clean. will 11/10 recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The service was excellent; the staff was very attentive and always available to assist. The room was nice and well-kept, which enhanced my stay. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the relaxing private onsen. Overall, it was a delightful getaway that I would highly recommend!

I would say many thank you to a guy who does an orthodontics. He carried 4 luggages from the building downstair to upstair where the car waiting to pick us up to drop at the parking. He has a full of service mind. We have very appreciated with his service without any help from his colleague. For the accommodation, we are very disappointed with the room. Due to we booked the room with mountain view. When we checked-in, the staff said your room has the building block the view and they have no option for us, just let we know. We think might be okay. But when we arrived the room, very disappointed and speechless. So if anyone would like to stay here, kindly check with the hotel first, if you wouldn't want to feel disappointed as us. On the other, around there also have other hotel with good view with no building block the view.

This accommodation is absolutely amazing! The amenities in the room are truly 5-star quality. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully provided. The location is perfect. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always assisting us even though we couldn’t speak Chinese. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay

Very good service, free laundry, good food. We can use the car after making appointment. Even we have language barrier it won't be the problem as the staff trying hard to communicate using english with the help of translator. Would definitely recommend this hotel. 5 out of 5 😄

This hotel was far beyond what we expected. We stayed here for 2 nights in the room with the floor heater on the 3rd floor where we could get the breathtaking view of Siguaningshan right from our room. The hotel room was very nice, cozy, comfy and very clean. In the room, they provided everything you might need esp. the Oxygen generator. The staffs were very helpful, service minded and nice. They tried to help us to manage the transfer, to order some food with the handy translator. That was great. This hotel was not in the downtown but the hotel provided the transfer for us with the very polite driver. And this hotel had so many picturesque and scenic photo spots for us taking lots of photos. And we enjoyed it so much. And for food, they had Western and Chinese food and they had bar as well. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. You will totally love this place for 100%.

Great experience staying here with the best view of Mt.Siguniang. Sunset view from the window was the best view I have ever seen! My snow mountains room is so beautiful, warm and convenient. Everything you need was provided in the room. The heat floor is awesome! The great service. Private car go-and-back to the Changpinggou ticket centre. All the staff are service minded. Greetings and service with the smiles. There is one staff member that can speak English but not problems with others cause they try to use translator to communicate with you with patience. 🙂😊😊😊

Hotel is located within Siguniang Scenic Area - 长坪沟, private cars cannot enter but hotel arranged transportation to pick us up from outside the scenic area. Very friendly staff who helped us to check in smoothly and also gave an informative overview of our room amenities. High altitude sickness is common for travellers who aren’t used to the altitude, and all hotel staff are concerned about travellers’ health, frequently asking whether we are feeling ok or not.

Take note that you need to arrange pick up with hotel for a driver to pick you up from the scenic area. Private drivers are not allowed in. Penthouse suite has 2 flights of stairs. Overall good experience here.

The swimming pool is not available during this winter but otherwise was great
