loved the older-style hotel. friendly, helpful staff. location is medium,, but Xining is not a place for enjoying oneself.

This is honestly the best deal in town. I have been coming to Xining for 10 years, stayed in different hotels each time. This is for sure my favourite one and the best deal in this range of prices. First, the location. Right in the city centre, with a lot of taxis coming by (this can be an issue for hotels in other locations, where taxis are more rare). It is super convenient and one can reach any part of town efficiently and quickly. There are many buses that go from here to anywhere in town. Second, the quality of the room, of the bed (super super cosy and comfortable, which is really nice after travelling roughly for two weeks in the nearby countryside), the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Very good hygiene products, not cheap toothpaste and soap like in other hotels. Third, and most importantly, the quality and warmth of the service. At the reception, the employees are very friendly and understanding, very warm-hearted, You feel really welcome in this hotel. They have helped me in several ways. especially Mrs Jane and Mrs Sunny Bai: fantastic people! They also speak English! Makes the whole stay memorable, enjoyable, relaxing. I will surely come back here next time. This is an upper-tier hotel made available with affordable prices. Thank you!

Definitely the worst experience ever for a 4-star hotel. The one and only good thing about this hotel is the nice and helpful room service lady. The rest are just really unpleasant: - Unprofessional front desk, rather unfriendly - Although the hotel claims to accept foreigners, you cannot pay with a normal credit card. Further, the front desk refused to help you with this issue - Extremely smelly room ( strong smell of smoke and aged room) - Mini fridge doesn’t work - Everything’s just borderline moldy 对于四星级酒店来说，这绝对是有史以来最糟糕的体验。这家酒店唯一的好处就是这位热情好客的客房服务小姐。其他人真的很不愉快：-不专业的前台，相当不友好-尽管酒店声称接受外国人，但你不能用普通的信用卡付款。此外，前台拒绝帮助您解决这个问题--房间非常臭(浓烈的烟味和陈旧的房间)--小冰箱坏了--所有东西都发霉了

Very good and clean. There is everything you need in the room. The double bed is huge. Breakfast is good.

Recommended to travelers if your thinking to travel to Xining.. it’s within the city and the staff are very helpful, I enjoyed my stay…😊😊😊

設施老舊，大床房是由雙床房改的，充電器是紅牛的插線板定在床頭中間，睡覺的時候充電器的線會非常礙事。 電視是無線信號的，畫質很差…彷彿回到上個世紀。 浴缸非常大，但是水温和水流都跟不上，放水太慢了，衹能淋浴。要放很久的水温度才上來。 加濕器是超聲波霧化的，開久了不開空調，房間煙霧繚繞。不開加濕器，空調會讓房間變得超級乾燥。加濕器和空調噪音都偏大。 拋開旺旺這個ip，這個酒店並不推薦。樓下商場和小吃街很近，比較方便。

應該是家開了挺多年的老牌酒店了，衞生，服務都很棒，酒店裡到處都是旺旺周邊，辦入住的時候送了孩子們旺旺零食，房間裏也有一些零食喝飲料都是免費贈送的。特別喜歡浴室的深泡浴缸，套個自帶的浴缸套，舒舒服服的泡一個睡覺。 酒店負一樓就是一個美食城，很多吃的，有一家拉麪特別好吃，下次如果再來還住這！

入住時間內馬姐和小王王小姐姐服務熱親，神旺大酒店位置便利，服務專業，房間乾淨舒適，早餐豐富，設施齊全。尤其喜歡行政酒廊的貼心服務，旺旺主題的風格重回小時候，性價比超高，會再次選擇入住！

設施：確實比較老，不過不影響使用，對應這個一百出頭的價格，完全沒問題。 衞生：還算行，十分潔癖的旅客大概率會覺得還有提升空間，主要是床品和衞生間，這兩個地方的衞生是ok的。 環境：看得出是老牌四星，整體環境在盡力維持。旺旺元素隨處可見，如果不特別要求酒店設施的話，其實還挺適合親子的。地理位置很好，酒店出門一公里左右就是機場大巴上車點，周邊公交車站點也很多，去機場和市內景點，包括很多熱門餐廳等基本能直達，就算步行也最多三五分鐘。門口就有便利超商，方便。 服務：服務員響應速度快，到達酒店當天早上還不到8點，在詢問何時能辦理入住時，服務員很貼心的告知有空房間，立刻就能辦理入住，給早到的人極大的便利。房間內有旺旺的小零食和水，氛圍感拉滿。

非常好，服務也很細心的。酒店房間很舒適。
