Free upgrade amazing view and right at the river where all things happening. Breakfast was just ok. Overall very comfortable stay.

New, good service. Impressed that hotel offered to mail the belongings that I accidentally left in the hotel back to my home.

Great location and very helpful staff so far, we had a great stay at the hotel

Location: Very good, 150 m walking distance to the river, 5 - 10 minutes walk to the hotspots Wenlan Bridge and Modalou tower. Quiet location, set back from the street. Good parking facilities in the underground car park. Check-in / check-out smooth and quick. Reception staff are helpful and can also talk English. We had a room with a river view on the top floor. Room well furnished with attention to detail, all facilities intact and absolutely clean. Breakfast mainly Chinese style, delicious and varied, but also a small selection for Western tourists available. In short: We had only planned one night in Zhushan Town. If we had known how beautiful the town along the river is, especially at night, we would have liked to stay longer. And Narada hotel is a fitting recommendation.

It was the best hotel experience so far (except breakfast )😅The whole staying was wonderful,didn’t regret a penny spent on this one-night stay.Friendly staff,perfect room with a great view,high -end toilet ,curtain switches ,two TVS, a wonderful greeting fruit plate.I’d be back again !

因要去宣恩看夜景，看到貴酒店豪華第一就定了二天，酒店豪華好大，有地下地上停車場，一進大堂前台小美女向丹就熱情的接待了我們，她甜甜的笑容立馬讓我們感到特別温暖親切，她還貼心的給我們升級了房型，房間乾淨整潔温馨，特別喜歡洗漱間很大，乾濕分離，晚上還送了貼心的小吃水果，樓梯間就有免費的純凈水，早餐也很豐盛，每個崗位的服務員都很熱情，謝謝！酒店旁邊走100米左右就是繁華的夜景江道，值得入住！贊！

酒店房間比較乾淨，景觀夜景不錯，酒店的中餐廳做的菜品味道不錯，價格也比較實惠，散客都是包房用餐，自助早餐品種還可以豐富一些。附近的景點體驗感都不錯！

入住前對比了很多家酒店，入住後覺得應該是宣恩最好的酒店了，從第一刻辦理入住服務態度就超級好，燕傑小姐姐會主動幫忙解決入住問題，點贊！可以選擇在酒店用餐，味道還不錯，價格也不貴，以後來遊玩還會入住～

入住第二天，酒店服務依然很棒，所有見到的服務人員都很熱情，讓人很舒服。今天不多誇獎了，提幾個小小的建議：1.贈送的入住水果最好用保鮮膜封一下比較衞生，2.房間的抽紙和捲紙太薄了，3.吹風機有點掉酒店檔次。總的來説，酒店的硬件，服務都是很不錯的，如有機會再去宣恩，金典君瀾還會是第一選擇。

酒店四星水平，大堂裝修新中式風格，大氣有格調，前台服務態度不錯，贈送水果小零食，房間乾淨衞生，設施一應俱全，細節做的很好，房間有書籍、剪刀、尺子之類的工具，滿意。酒店距離文瀾橋比較近，步行5、6分鐘，晚上漫步一江兩岸欣賞宣恩夜景，挺方便的。酒店早餐種類較多，本次體驗感俱佳。

設施：房間設施非常棒，細節拉滿，包括洗漱台都配備了枱麪垃圾桶，酒店的浴缸出水，防水都很快，而且保温，由於剛爬完恩施大峽谷浴缸簡直就是救命神器 衞生：房間打掃的非常乾淨，床上用品質量好很舒適 ，地毯沙發也很乾凈 環境：酒店到文瀾橋很近，周邊餐食也很多，但是更喜歡酒店做出來的晚餐送到房間，乾淨衞生，口感也符合我們北方人價格也實惠 服務：宣恩這幾下小雨，每次出門都會在前台借用雨傘，前台每一工作人員都很熱情 早餐：住了好幾個恩施很好的五鑽酒店，發現他們的早餐都很簡單，別的城市五鑽酒店早餐真的很豐富，如果早餐再提高質量就更完美了

君瀾酒店一如既往的好！房間不僅乾淨，而且處處體現細節：花灑出水絲滑，洗手枱有小垃圾筒……酒店員工待客熱情周到，尤其要贊贊身穿民族服裝的雷其小姐姐，不僅人美，還特別温柔、細緻、周到，令人如沐春風！這次入住，同團隊的小夥伴都讚不絕口！
