The Highlight Bodrum

I visit the hotel's beach club every year and unfortunately gets worse every year. The beach and the sea is one of the best, it had a sandy beach and crystal clear sea. The music and the setting is great. The food is really bad; I ordered a well sonr steak , it was rare to medium, the vegetables were greasy, the waiters were not interested in serving. The hotel and the beach toilets were dirty. Before I left, I shared my feedback with the manager on duty but he did not care much.

A Perfect Vacation Experience in the Heart of Bodrum! I spent my most enjoyable vacation in Bodrum here. I enjoyed every moment with the hotel's magnificent view, clean rooms and peaceful atmosphere. Thanks to its seafront location, it was unique to wake up to the deep blue view in the morning. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful in every way; they made me feel special. The variety of breakfasts and dinners were absolutely scrumptious. I highly recommend it for those looking for silence, quality and comfort. My indispensable address in Bodrum is now clear.

Our stay at Highlight hotel was due to my parents staying close by and would not repeat ever again. The hotel is careful only to its beach club customers whereas we guest staying at the hotel are treated second class. Breakfast is rich but the same ever day and becomes tedious at the end of the week especially because my kids don't like or eat the typical Turkish breakfast, they were not even given an option. Overall the beach of the hotel is good but the rest lacks in every sense...

The water is stunning, but that has nothing to do with the hotel rating. Credit goes to mother nature on that one. Let’s just say I really should have read reviews on the internet before. I never do, but now understand why they are important, so I’ve decided to start leaving reviews. When we tell people about our experience, they are shocked as they say “Oh I stayed there 5 years ago and it was great”. Maybe it was, but a lot can happen over 5 years. The rooms did not age well and it seems like the service did not either. We asked several times during our stay to speak to the manager. He casually caught us outside 36 hours before our departure. At that point, it seemed useless to highlight the issues like the smell of sewage and the mold in the room. If it mattered, he would have “found” us sooner. It was difficult to ignore several guests getting frustrated- especially the foreign tourists who were so patiently waiting and do not speak Turkish. There were a few kind, hard-working individuals at the restaurant and beach side. I’m so sorry that the food in the restaurant has a lot of room for improvement. I’d say if you are in Bodrum and want to go for a beach club for a day, this place might be ok for you if you don’t mind paying that much for something like this. PS- the DJ was great, and had good music, we just wish it was not the same exact songs every day. I hate complaining, so in summary, my review for the hotel: I beg you to improve because it leaves a horrible impression of all the beautiful things about Turkey.

Bir tavsiye üzerine 4 gece konaklamak için gittim, ancak odaya ilk girdiğimde çarşaflar ve pikeler lekeli ve kirliydi. Çarşafın üzerinde nokta nokta kan izleri vardı yıkanmış ama çıkmamış bu çarşafı sererken görmüyorlar mı, pikelerde de lekeler vardı. Yetkili kişiyi çağırıp gösterdim tekrar değiştirdiler. Restorantta bir sürü kedi yavru yapmış yemek yerken her tarafınızdan kediler geçiyor, mutfağa giriyorlar. Bir de diğer kişilerinde yazdığı gibi personelin ayağında tuvalet terliği gibi terlikler sürte sürte dolaşıyorlar, restorantta orda burda hizmet ederken hepsinin ayak parmakları dışarda kalite sıfır.zaten garsonlarlar birşey sitemeye korkuyorsunuz sanki o tipteler.

Bir hafta boyunca Highlight Bodrum Hotel’de konakladık ve her anından büyük keyif aldık. Otelin en etkileyici yanlarından biri kesinlikle denizi – tertemiz, berrak ve huzur verici. Sabahın erken saatlerinde denize girmek bile başlı başına bir keyifti. Yemekler oldukça lezzetliydi; özellikle akşam yemeklerinde sunulan çeşitlilik ve tatlar bizi çok memnun etti. Her gün taze ürünlerle hazırlanan yemekler sayesinde otelden dışarı çıkma ihtiyacı hiç hissetmedik. Personel ise bu güzel deneyimi unutulmaz kılan en önemli etkenlerden biriydi. Tüm çalışanlar son derece güleryüzlü, yardımsever ve işlerini büyük bir özenle yapıyorlar. Her isteğimizle yakından ilgilendiler ve kendimizi gerçekten çok özel hissettik. Highlight Bodrum, huzurlu ve kaliteli bir tatil arayan herkes için kesinlikle tavsiye edebileceğim bir yer. En kısa zamanda tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle!
