Superb luxury stay! I’m amazed about the hotel facility, the spacious rooms & highly luxury rooms, very clean (I’m very particular) and the amazing service of the hotel staff- they go above and beyond to serve you or help you with your inquiries). The hotel has only 36 rooms but you still feel in a 5 star hotel. I think it’s quite new, as everything was in perfect condition. It has direct beach access and location wise also nice to the marina (but you need a taxi or car). They made my stay so special, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Btw, I live in Dubai and have regular access to 5 star hotels. Arts Hotel has the same luxury level (if not even a better level) with the hotels in Dubai. Who ever visited Dubai, its known with the high luxury hotels.

We recently held our long awaited wedding at The Arts Hotel on 2/6/22 and it was the stuff dreams are made of. They accommodated 75 guests all from the UK and nothing was too much trouble, they went above and beyond for us and made us feel completely at home! Our wedding night stay was fantastic and was the perfect end to a fantastic wedding and holiday. Thank you to our new friends at the Arts and we can’t wait to see you at this beautiful, incredible hotel again soon! Xx

This hotel is a scam! They are firstly not a 5 star hotel. They might look like it, but they certainly do not provide service or act like it! I stayed for 5 nights and experienced one of the most disappointing, frustrating and annoying stays of my life. The property is next to beach club and venue which hosted a BIG wedding...you can guess the rest. We could not sleep until past 3am - complained multiple times, made no difference! Complained to management the next day - they couldn't care less! They offered no solutions or compensation. I recorded videos of the noise disturbance, and even measured level of sound disturbance - it averaged over 70dB throughout the night! Very very disappointing. The food at breakfast was boring, unappetising and when it was done - you only saw empty plates, you asked for food and they told you theres nothing - and there was still one hour left for breakfast. All round don't stay at this hotel if you want peace and quiet, value for money, good service, clean rooms etc..

We’ve recently returned from a 10 day stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms are amazing and very spacious with a huge beachfront balcony. The staff cannot do enough for you, the bar manager Recep was super friendly and made the best cocktails! And the waiters Alperen & Serhat were so helpful and attentive. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough
