The general manager responds to every negative feedback and comments I make by a threat of lawsuit. Here is my experience : 1. The website room pictures are misleading, no bed head board, no bed throw, no ceramic ornaments on any wall, the room is really basic in real life. We had to beg for a flat sheet as they only provide a thin throw as a blanket which is extremely uncomfortable and not warm enough to sleep with. They did not attented our request the 1st night (even asking it to the manager in person) which caused us to sleep really bad. 2. Our check-in experience was extremely unpleasant, they requested us to pay an additionnal 175 usd per night for our child for an error on his age while booking. We ended up paying 120 which is outrageous for such a small issue. A child is a person entirely and either he's 6 or a teen he will have breakfast and need a sleeping arrangement anyway so it is absolutely shocking to ask for so much extra. A 6 year old can not sleep on a crib anymore but they were unable to justify the extra charge !! The front office lady was not rude but her manager was and even we mentioned we prepaid our stay and it was late already, he was everything but customer oriented saying our booking is not refundable and as we has to argue too much as he was not letting us any other option he said a refund could be done but it will take 2 weeks to be processed... We felt forced into this unfair situation and in order to not ruin further our holidays we handed over our credit card. 3. This tiring check-in ended up with ZERO hotel orientation OR room orientation. Not a single information given on the breakfast hours, mini bar details, internet access, absolutely NOTHING. 4. Asking the bellboy (a nice one) who was assisting us with our luggages he explained we need to enter our passport number (3 guests = 3 different passports). Never seen such a ridiculous log in access. And on top of all, the connection is not working well and cut everytime you exit the property and force you to re activate it again every time you come back. 5. The breakfast is included but it consists only on a simple and very limited buffet with 2 type of fruits, bread, cheese, a cake with brewed coffee, turquish tea and processed juice. You can ask for eggs but they serve you only 1 single egg per person like come on... a standard of 2 eggs serving will break their food cost. Forget about sides with your lonely egg, it comes at an extra cost. 6. In the room you can find a note on top of the minibar advising these are complimentary treats. Guess what, they are not. 7. On this same note they write breakfast service hours is from 8h30 to 11h00. As we arrived at 10h30 one time, we found the buffet already closed. 8. The room isolation is bad we could hear the neighbor guest flushing their toilet. 9. The hotel is located next to a festive restaurant/bar running loud parties until late at night 10.
