A magical place to unwind, watch kangaroos graze, kookaburras call out and sunsets enthral you, all from your private deck. We stayed in the Bumblebee Cottage surrounded only by the sounds of nature. Very comfortable bed and all the mod cons (should you need them). Highly recommended as a place to totally relax and use as a base while exploring the Margaret River wine area.

This was an oasis in a busy holiday - a peaceful haven. Pod coffee, BBQ on the deck, deep bath, laundry with clothesline, and everything you could need in the kitchen for cooking your own meals meant one stop for groceries and we were set. Sioban was extremely helpful and responsive - an extra day for decreased price on the end of our stay was eagerly taken up. The wind in the gum trees and the call of birds were the only sounds, whilst the fresh scents of eucalypt and peppermint were at once invigorating and soothing. Ocean views from the lounge room and deck, sheep browsing in the nearby paddock and beautiful sunsets made an idyllic setting. Bliss!

We had the best time at Wildwood Valley. We stayed in Butterfly Cottage where we took in the stunning view from the balcony over looking the fields & the sea in the distance, watching the kangaroos & array of interesting birds. The cottage is spacious, clean & well equipped for all times of the year. Perfectly located for excellent beaches & wineries. Definitely will be back if ever in the area again!

We've stayed a wildwwod three times now. This was our 3rd. We stayed in the cute Honeybee studio, which is just divine. Our last stay here was maybe 15yrs ago....its still as nice as we remember l. We arrived at our immaculately clean cottage & were wowed by the views. The wood burning fire was ready to be lit, and tea & coffee were provided. Toiletries were also supplied, and basic kitchen cleaning supplies. Location is perfect...far enough away from life...but close enough. The new Wild Hop up the road was very handy & we visited a few times. I never tire of the views, the kangaroos & this visit the cows, as well as the many native birds. Wildwood never disappoints....is consistently good...and we will definitely be back. Tip don't under estimate that little wood burning fire in the studio....it heats the space up very well...too well ...haha

Butterfly was a cosy cottage, set up with everything we could need. Comfy beds, deluxe bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a wood fire, all set and ready to light. The lovely cleaner had turned on the reverse cycle aircon to heat the cottage as we arrived. The view across paddocks to the coast was delightful and the kangaroos were plentiful each morning and evening. Blue wrens, magpies, crows, honey-eaters, silver eyes - pretty birdsong. We were attending a "Mad about Art" workshop held on the premises over the weekend, and staying onsite made it a full immersion experience. Having been to more than a few of Sioban's "Mad about Cooking" days, this accommodation experience has simply added to my already top recommendation. i would very happily return at any time of year.

Great place to stay central to wineries, brewery Canal rocks etc. Ocean view from large verandah of a very nice clean cottage with a comfortable king bed and Large fluffy towels. There is a wood fire ready to light and reverse cycle air conditioning for comfort., also tea and coffee supplies. Sioban was friendly and helpful, plenty of wildlife to see. We will certainly return on our next trip to Yallingup/ Margaret River.

We loved our stay at Wildwood Valley cottages. Siobhan and Belinda are great Hosts and always welcome us back with open arms. The location with elevated views high on the hills of rural Yallingup is second to none. The views stretching over to the ocean on the far horizon make for a very relaxing, inviting and peaceful break. Watching the kangaroos are another bonus. We look forward to our next stay!

Absolutely loved our stay at Wildwood Valley. Such a quiet and peaceful getaway, but close enough to both Margaret river and Dunsborough. Awesome sunsets from the balcony at Dragonfly cottage, great amenities everything you could need. We will be back I’m sure.

Very comfortable cottage with a great view. Very quiet but close to everything. Lots of birds and local roos . We everything we needed for the weekend from a great little kitchen to a BBQ on the deck. It had a good collection of DVDs even if we had seen a few. We had one of the larger cottages but it had plenty of room for 6 people. We will be back.
