Reasonable cost for staying 2 night. Love the traditional Japanese breakfast.

I checked in a bit late in night around 8pm, there is no staff at the service desk and I have waited for half hour, keep ringing the bell still no staff to assist me for check in. However those staff are nice and explain those facilities to me so I do not bother anymore. Basically the room is clean and big, there is a public bath area which is a whole new experience to me also it was clean and big, but the bath water is extreme hot that I cannot sink in for seconds. Location is ideal where a 10 minutes walk to lake Yamanaka. I was lucky able to see the first snow in the winter season.

I like it very much, the room is spacious, the owner of the service is well taken care of, most importantly, there is a hot tub to soak in.

Next to a beautiful lake, the accommodation offers very clean and comfortable traditional rooms and sahred bathrooms and showers, also clean

The hotel told me that they accepted my cancellation and would pay back about half of the payment but Trip shows that the hotel denied my request and I received no reimbursement.

Room is large and spacious, with heaters and warm blankets provided. Bathroom is shared but they are good for the price we pay. We had onsen bath every night and there were only few guests using them. The owners were very polite and helpful. Had a great stay at this place, enjoying the Ryokan bedroom and dining for the 2 nights we stayed.

很温馨的一家日式酒店，老闆們人都很好很熱情，可以看出是很老式的酒店，但是意外的非常乾淨，被褥什麼的都很舒服（在日本旅行睡過最舒服的一晚），浴室衞生間是公共的，不過基本上不會遇見其他人而且都很乾凈，泡澡也很舒服！早餐都是老闆親手做的很家常的日式早餐下飯好吃，老闆人很好（像動漫裏的人物😆）住在這裏感覺特別温暖，雖然沒看見富士山但是也挺開心的！ 離平野車站和平野之濱都挺近的，附近有711和一些餐館，性價比很高，住的很開心，特別放鬆！

單人房間通常在背山的另一邊，窗外看不到富士山，但是窗户外面風景也很不錯；設施比較舊，但是環境整體很乾凈；離平野拍照的地方很近，附近有公交站，但吃的店不多，且好些店沒有開門

房間乾淨很大，酒店早餐很温馨，老闆人很好，離平野之濱富士山步行五分鐘，關鍵是性價比極高！可惜沒有規劃多住幾晚，平野之濱步行到山中湖的道路非常美麗！我走了來回。

想去山中湖玩, 這個價錢係平 個由於酒店比較陳老舊, 老闆應該做到做唔到時係就會結. 所有設備已經喺90年代, 暖氣機是用gas, 睡覺時房間充滿汽油味. 不過他的早餐很好吃, 試下幫幫那個老人吧. 他人非常好

房間很大，可以看電視。 公共浴室和衞生間，之前如果形成很緊湊，泡個澡真的很舒服。 四月中有幸看到早晨的富士山🗻，看完日出回來補覺在美美出發。

如果要説這間旅館是完美的，那顯然是在欺騙，設施顯然是陳舊的，完全榻榻米的房間，沒有中央空調，衹能靠一個暖風機取暖（雖然可能是我經常冬訓並不覺得房間有多冷，所以直接拔了暖風插頭給相機充電了），也沒有獨立衞浴，不過不妨礙我給它一個好評 接待的是一個老爺爺和一箇中年婦人，他們會滿臉笑容地接待你，首先在這寒冷的冬季就讓你在異國他鄉有個温暖的感覺。雖然是榻榻米房間，但是店家會給你提前鋪好一個床墊，床墊很舒服，並不比一些酒店的床差，當晚我睡的很香。浴室開放到第二天早上8點，我在11點去洗澡的時候獨享整個温泉，水温調的很好，我泡了30分鐘都不覺得暈。旅館離711不遠，晚上想折騰點零食夜宵也是沒問題的。按步行12分配的速度，離平野之濱大約6分鐘路程，保證不耽誤你輕鬆起床看粉富士和金富士，你要像我一樣吃飽撐的4點起床，甚至能看到星空富士，沒看到就是你沒起床的問題，特別是你去的時候甚至能去順路711買一杯熱咖啡暖和身體，感覺就很無敵。 最後，哥們，不到300塊一晚啊，What can I say?
