The Jerai Hill Resort recensioner

We didn’t manage to stay at this resort. The management is irresponsible. The 12KM road to the place is risky with landslide, private vehicle is not allowed to enter. We called to confirm our booking on the check-in day at 10AM, two kilometre up the hill, we were denied entry. We called the front office and then only inform of the situation. We have to park at the foothill and to find your own transport(van) to go up. Cost for parking and transport need to be bear by guest. Strangely, if the road is risky, why they still allow the van operator to function, does the guest covered by any insurance in the event of mishap. We we told by the RELA member, after 7PM they will not block anymore, thus this seem pre-arrangement with the van operator for extra income. I don’t condemned the opportunity, but there’s multiple risks. 1) Van operator may not be a license operator, risk at your own. 2) Parking area is a public spot where vehicle at risk of break-in. The management should be responsible to the guest by informing of the situation, provide a chartered vehicle to commute to the resort. None were provided and the charges forfeited as no show. Call and confirm of details if still want to book. I have to put their management to task and may lodge case to municipal and consumer tribunal.
