Good!!!

We stayed at the renovated rooms. It’s clean and fully equipped. Was a very good stay. Lady from front desk was very kind and helpful during checkin too. Hotel parking is 1000yen from checkin till 3pm the next day, basically 24hrs since checkin is at 3pm too, and you can head out and come back to re-park again with no additional fees. Room had a nice view, full horizontal wall to wall width kind of big windows. There were also several pilots who checked in, it seems to be a hotel that airlines use. Breakfast was a takeaway bag of 2 bread+1 pastry that you can heat up at the lobby lounge. All 3 bread/pastry were tasty. Lounge had drinks for guests too. We really enjoyed the stay, it is near to the famous unagi restaurant that locals frequent, right there at the river boat trip, has nice yakiniku near by too. Glad we didnt give it up based on reviews below. Our experience is quite different, and the hotel deserves its praise.

Recommend. Small room, but convenient. Staff very kind and helpful too. Parking is 100m away at overnight parking lot. Free 24hour coffee, tea and sodas. Sparkling wine in the evening.

So good for travel

The location is near the boat trip and train station, easy to go! The room is clean and small.

Value for money & highly recommended to stay for easy access & convenience to shops & restaurants in the vicinity.

Near many restaurants/ train station Room is a bit bigger than usual.

位置超級便利，經過升降機上落，就到地面，推著行李箱行了5分鐘左右就到達酒店。 酒店附近就是柳川船觀光站，方便買柳川觀光船票。

家庭房很好，有三張床。房間內有浴缸。洗漱用品可以按需自取。唯一需要改進的是早餐，希望有水果提供。下次有機會可能會再次選擇。

酒店位置就在遊船碼頭邊上。

柳川の川下りと中山大藤を目的に一泊しました。 駅からも徒歩10分ほどで行ける距離でした。 また柳川に来た際に利用したいです。

安くて駅近で便利です。ベットでほぼ埋まる部屋の大きさですが、寝泊まりだけなら十分なホテルだなと思いました。

在柳川特別美好，就因為入住這酒店，旁邊就是運河上船的地點，所以也很方便買票，上到船上開始兩個多小時的遊，交通方便，酒店離火車站也特別近，走過去200米吧。

겨울시즌이라 후쿠오카 시내가 너무 비싸서 구루메쪽으로 알아보다가 가게되었는데 동네도 조용하고 시설도 좋았습니다!
