陽台的景觀是不錯的，直接面對大海，去沙灘也近，走路幾分鐘就到。樓下吃的大排檔滿街都是，做的也好吃。停車沒進停車場，直接路邊，節約30元一天。總的來説還可以吧，離趕海的地方也近

離海灘的確很近，服務態度也不錯，就是房子和圖片差距太大了，整個設施很陳舊，連陽台的座椅都衹象徵性的放了一個而已，加錢改的海景房，價位也不算貴，但是如果對住宿條件有要求的話，不推薦，買家秀和賣家秀的區別
