I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had during my travels. Before the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and supportive. Their service was outstanding—probably the best I've encountered anywhere! As non-Mandarin speakers, we initially worried about communication, but the hotel staff recommended using WeChat for messaging, which had an automatic translation function. This made everything so much easier, and we were able to connect seamlessly. The staff also went above and beyond to help us book various itineraries, providing discounts that made our stay even more enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised by the range of amenities offered. Their service was impressively quick; we received responses to our queries in less than 30 minutes! The hotel also offered breathtaking views of nature, visible right from our window. It was a beautiful backdrop that added to our overall experience. Additionally, since our group only eats halal food, we were grateful for the staff's guidance on halal-friendly options. They ensured that we were only served meals that met our dietary requirements. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. A Serene Retreat Amidst Nature's Splendor Our recent stay at the Yishan Yunshui Hotel in Yangshuo was nothing short of extraordinary. Nestled within the picturesque Shili Gallery scenic area, the hotel offers unparalleled views of the Yulong River and the surrounding karst mountains. Waking up to the misty peaks and serene river landscapes was a daily delight. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel manager, who graciously offered us a complimentary upgrade to one of their exquisite suites. The suite was a harmonious blend of modern comfort and traditional Chinese aesthetics, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that framed the stunning natural scenery. The spacious layout, plush bedding, and thoughtful amenities, including a private balcony, enhanced our stay immensely. What truly set our experience apart was the attentive and personalized service. The manager maintained regular communication to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. Their genuine hospitality made us feel valued and well-cared for. In conclusion, our stay at the Yishan Yunshui Hotel was a perfect blend of natural beauty, luxurious comfort, and exceptional service. Certainly, we’ll come back.

Very good hotel with a great view to the mountains, looks far on the map from the city center, but the truth is that it’s perfectly located 15min from city center by scooter, and this makes the location extremely quiet and comfortable! The service was the best and the hotel provides various services from booking tours, scooter, and even private cars to the railway station! Recommend and will definitely come back!

The hotel was lovely, the location is conveniently close to the main turistic attractions of the the area. The room is just as in the pictures, very clean and luxurious with amazing views to top it off. Enzo, the manager was incredibly helpful and his English was good which made things very easy when it comes to booking activities and getting around. You also have the chance of booking e-scooters for only 30 Yuan per day! No license needed and is super fun to get around. Only downside would be the lack of western options for breakfast, though Enzo was kind enough to provide us with some sliced bread with butter and pastries and some coffee which was super nice. Overall a 10 out of 10 stay! Thank you 🙏🏼

Nothing but this hotel is Super excellent! Location , view , and room quality everything top notch. They have an English speaking manager this guy was an ultimate travel guide for me. i lost in high speed railway stations for language barriers he help me out from there as being my interpreter! i just love this man. the room just as it is pictures , they cleaned the room everyday. tv washing machine with dryer , ac, bath tub, and many more was ready in room. I loved their traditional breakfast. They offered electric scooters in cheap price for whole day. Finally in a single line I would like to say I spend my best 3 days in Yangshuo. I wish best of luck this business and extremely recommend to the people’s from US, CAN, EU UK AUS.

Very good hotel, good location, good view and really nice staff. Helped us get around the city and gave us nice hotspots. Highly recommend
