Yishan Yunshui Hotel(Yulonghe Store, Shili Gallery, Yangshuo County) recensioner

This one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel! The staff was friendly and extremely accommodating. They had a list of activities and tours on head ready to book you a ticket at any moment as well as scooters to rent. The hotel lobby, rooms and kitchen were clean with fresh air and it was wholeheartedly my favorite hotel thus far.

Room is very clean & comfy, I stay at room 8501, can enjoy sunrise scenery from balcony around 7am+, hotel location about 6km from west street, able to call didi so quite convenient, e-bike can rent from reception at $30/day, return by 11.30pm on the same day. Customer service officer very polite and responsive through WeChat, can book attraction ticket with them which much more cheaper than online booking. Hotel also provides complimentary one trip from hotel to bus station. Overall very satisfied with the stay, one of the improvement can be done is breakfast. Breakfast menu for both day of our stay are the same which includes Guilin noodles, hard boil egg, sweet potato, mantou & banana.

Nice homely hotel with friendly staff. Can rent an e-scooter from the hotel and it is so convenient to sight visit with it. Hotel staffs provided lots of info on places of interest and can help purchase tickets at slightly discounted price. Hotel offers pick up at YangShuo main town area. Add the hotel contact number from trip.com on WenXin for easy communication!

Very friendly staff, you could ask anything, rooms were beautiful with a scenic view of the Yangshuo mountains. It was great!

Nice support from the staff offering some tips of spots to visit or places to eat. The picture was the view.

We had a really great time. The view from our room was great. The people at the hotel were really friendly and helped us out a lot. Especially with recommendations where to eat or what places to visit. They were really helpful.

The location of the hotel is really 5 out of 5!! It's close to many activities you look forward to having. The room was big and bright, and the staff was so helpful!! They make you feel welcomed and even if there was a language barrier, translating apps worked just ok. They also helped me book my helicopter ride and hot air balloon ride tickets. And of course the view 🪟😍

Had a great stay there! The manager also speaks English and communication was very easy as a foreigner.

Great experience in Yishan Yunshui Hotel. We were travelling with our baby and the attention was excellent. They provided all that we asked for including european breakfast, taxi, etc. We will repeat if we are back in Yangshuo.

I definitely would recommend.🌸 the service was great and the rooms were beautiful with amazing views! Walking distance to the hot air balloons, was a great experience.

The room is amazing, the service is awesome. The guy at the reception who speaks English is very helpful and did everything he could to make our staying smooth. However, the “gym” is only a bike and treadmill in a room with mild aircon. The swimming pool was not opened. The breakfast was a tray with Chinese food.

Beautiful views, big and comfortsble room. Quiet surroundings but close to the atractions. The guy in reception speaks english which is very helpful, he helped us to organize trip and tickets. They also rent scooters for very reasonable price. Full chinise breakfast. We would stay here forever with these views!

The Room is spacious, we book a room that has 2 beds. In the room, there are three sofas, washing machine, big tv with a lot of movies channel with high quality of pictures. The hotel has e scooter rent facility. The location is really quiet, really nice scenery, mountain view.
