Yangshuo Mountain Stream Homestay

We had a perfect stay here! The view is so gorgeous from both the bedroom and the rooftop pool! I dare say it's the coolest pool view in the whole area, we really loved it! We even changed our plans and stayed an extra night. We really didn't want to leave! Service was great too and room and hotel areas were clean. It's a bit out of the way, and that's exactly the beauty of it, you're surrounded by nature. There are places to rent eletric scooters very cheap just outside the hotel so getting around is easy. It takes about 10 to 15 mins by mopped to the city center, delivery apps work fine and it took us 50mins to get to the Yangshuo train station, it was easy to schedule a Didi for that. I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is tucked in an alleyway. At first we were hesitant if its a legit hotel but it exceeded all our expectations. 10/10 - hospitable front desk, they were patient to converse with us while we speak our broken chinese. Although just a headsup mostly they dont speak english. The guy and girls are really helpful and accommodating. 9/10 - breakfast is amazing, we loved the local noodles and root crops. its just that the menu is constant 100000/10 - we really loved the rooftop pool. it was super amazing! 9/10 - rooms are well kept, clean and organize. they have basic toiletries, high tech toilet seat plus comfortable beddings. its just that the bed frame design is not ideal, as me & husband got injured in the middle of the night and bumped our legs in the frame due to its design. we really would love to gatekeep this place as it is sureal and unmatched views, but we would love them to thrive as well. We hope we can return here next time.

At the beginning we was désappointed by the view because we took a room with 270 degree views et on the right side a building is in construction which is a big decrease of the quality of this 270 degrees view. BUT after the disappointment, we have discover and love this beautiful view in Yangshuo, then we took a scooter at the neighbour who rent for 30yen a day an electric scooter and it change everything in your stay, you can drive and discover by yourself the street and landscape of Yangshuo. This hotel is in one of the best landscape I saw in Yangshuo, it’s quite (even if the nature take is right (insect like frog and cricket) So good trip and good stay, I recommend this hotel and this wonderful view

the hotel is a little bit distant from the city which makes it very qiuet and relaxing. to move around you can rent a scooter for 20 RMB per day. our room was clean and well furnished, but in my opinion the bed should be moved so it is not in the middle of the room. the staff was very kind and welcoming. would definetly recommend.

Wonderful place, our favourite stay in our three week trip. The view is gorgeous, and the windows clean so you really enjoy it. There is always someone at the front desk and everyone was very friendly and helpful. It felt homey and elegant both. It’s outside of Yangshuo so very quiet and you can walk to the Yulong river and the path that follows it. Because of its rural location there aren’t restaurants nearby but the in-house restaurant is very good and affordable.

Staying at Guilin Hotel was an unforgettable experience. It’s truly one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever visited. The hotel was spotless, the staff provided exceptional service, and the location was incredible. Waking up to the breathtaking views from our room made the stay even more special. Everything about this hotel was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again.

As a family of 5, our stay was a delightful experience mixed with the hospitality of the staff and the beautiful scenery displayed. The staff were welcoming 7and willing to go through much trouble even with the language barrier and helped us order cars and tour guides for the sightseeing. The scenery given was also nothing more than heavenly, as you wake up the mountains of guilin wake along with you, giving a breathtaking sight. The rooms were spotless and clean , the beds were also clean and the ammeninities were fully provided with extra being supplied. Our stay as a family of 5 was nothing but amazing and in my opinion it was one of the most beautiful hotels i have ever stayed in, i would definetly come back.
