Actually nicely located just at the alley of the happening street, just that the access is a bit tricky. Very narrow car access, might need to walk in. Would be challenging if you bring heavy luggage.
The hotel is nicely renovated, and have nice view from rooftop deck.

Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nice. Walking distance to famous shopping and eating streets without the noise

The hotel is situated close to West Street so if you want a quiet place it’s not as quiet. And the room we stayed in was on the top floor of B building, there is no elevator so be prepared to walk. But the location was convenient for restaurants and renting a bike. The hotel will provide this service. We also chose the room with a balcony and it was an amazing view, totally worth it! There is a place in A building to do laundry. The staff is helpful.

It is two streets away from the main street (West Street) so a very nice location to be close to all the restaurants and stores but away from the noise (specially at night). We were at the top floor (no elevator) but had an amazing balcony a nice views of the river. Best bed of our entire trip for sure, would have taken it home if it fit in our luggage. The only thing is that the name is not written anywhere, so it is a bit tricky to find. 10 meters away from the corner entrance there is another hostel called Teaside Inn or something similar. That’s the place you need to go to get the key. Very nice stay all in all, they also rent motorbikes in case you want to get one.

Great location with a non noisy neighborhood, walking distance for food and drinks. The room is big and cozy, value for money.

This is a very nice hotel, clean and new.
Shortcomings are that the location is on top of the high place in the small alley and there is no car/ vehicle allowed to go into the hotel. Try to minimise your luggage as you will have to walk a long distance from the station to the hotel. Even we tried to ask the hotel if they can use an electric motorcycle to help to send our luggages out but it wasn't possible. So it was a bit of a hectic to go in and out with big luggages

Highly recommended. The location is perfect, just in from the river but in a quiet lane facing a forested hill, so lovely view out the balcony. A block from the busy West Street but a world away. Excellent room!

Hotel situated one step to western street. Comfortable and you can not hear anything from that crowded street. The shower floor leaked a lot to the rest of the bathroom floor.
