Near perfect! Especially the rooftop which has amazing views. Only the mattresses could be thicker as the bed is quite hard

The hostel is very good located. And the guy at the reception was very nice ordering a scooter for me. However, cleanness could be improved, mainly in the room (it was a bit messy but part if the reason was because there is a person that is kind of living there). The toilet did not provide toilet paper…

Loved this place! First of all the location is perfect, located just outside of the West Street. Close enough so you easily can walk around Yangshuo, but still not so much that you can hear the partying from the streets. The facilities and standard is well above average, especially for the price. The cleanliness is good, but not perfect. However, I had no problem. There was a western style toilet in the private room I had, which I really liked. The shower looked and felt a bit improvised, but was no problem. If you visit, you have to go up to the rooftop. It is probably the best view of the city, and so easily accessible. Bring some beers up and just look out on the scenery. Overall: 8,5/10. Will go here again if I ever visit Yangshuo.

I booked a bed in a 4-bed dormitory, with AC. Because the room was not clean enough, i got an upgrade in a private bunked bed room, with a private bathroom. All was clean. Laundry facilities. The WiFi was good. The staff is very nice and friendly. The location is very convenient. I would definitely recommend this place for a short or a long stay.

Cute room with ample space to set down luggage, cosy rooftop lounge with ethnic costumes to try on. Good location at one end of the pedestrian street - quiet in the day and very lively at night! Also free washing machine and clotheslines on rooftop is a major plus!

I’ve stayed at several hostels during my trip to Yangshuo, and honestly, the experience at “11 Hostel” has been the worst. I don’t want to stay here a moment longer. First of all, the attitude of the male staff at the front desk was extremely terrible. I’m not sure if it’s a personal issue or a problem with how the hostel is managed, but when I checked in, he was constantly playing on his phone and barely acknowledged me. He was extremely impatient, and in the end, he didn’t resolve anything. If you dislike your job that much, why stay in a role where you have to interact with customers all the time? Secondly, after staying here, I woke up the next day with bites on my neck and back, clearly from bed bugs. Judging from other reviews of this place, hygiene issues aren’t new here. In conclusion, I do not recommend staying here, and I definitely won’t be returning. 这次来阳朔把几个青旅都住了一次，平心而论，这家“11国际青年旅舍”的入住体验是最糟糕的。所以一刻都不想多待。 首先，前台的男性工作人员态度非常差，不知道是个人原因还是青旅管理有问题。刚check in的时候就一直在玩手机爱答不理，有问题需要解决叫是叫不动的，推脱说“他要吃饭”，态度极其不耐烦，到最后也没处理。 如果真的不喜欢这份工作，为什么还要待在这个地方呢，尤其又是需要大量面对顾客的岗位。 其次，在这家青旅住过之后第二天脖子上和背上就出现了被床螨咬过的伤口，结合这家青旅其他人的评价来看，卫生问题想必不是第一次出现。 综上，不推荐入住，并且不会再来。

The Room was Perfect. Clean Big, enough Space. The Toilette was really nice, enough Space and was clean. You Even got a Tv in your Room and the bed is enough Space. I Shared the Room With a friend so it was a 2 man Room. Also they have a nice rooftop Where you can sit and enjoy the view. Only one thing could be better, free water for the Guests. Would recommend solid Hostel.

Excellent location, you are 1 minute away from pedestrian Street but it isn't noisy at all.

Very good location, very quiet, amazing rooftop but the place was very humid, lots of condensation on the windows, mold in the bathroom, clothes wouldn't dry even with air-conditioning on. The room, shared with 3 other people, is very small, and the mattress was pretty hard.

Location is perfect and they have a rooftop from which you can see stunning view. The Hostel is not offering any service usually done by hostels, no tour booking no information available at the desk. The building is old and the pictures they use are at least dated 8 years ago. No cleaning room service or towel change. No free coffe or tea. Considering the price you better spend 100 Y more and go to an hotel with cleaning, coffe, services.

Not the best service but great location. Great cafe on the corner nearby (good coffee!)

Location could not be better and the super tall and quiet rooftop bar is amazing
