Just book this place, you will not regret it! The design for the rooms and facilities are amazing and the people are so helpful.

We stayed at Four Seasons Fairyland in Yangshuo and overall had a pleasant experience. Initially, we were checked into a room that wasn’t quite ready — it had an unpleasant smell and didn’t meet cleanliness expectations. However, the hotel handled it very well and upgraded us to a much larger, more comfortable room. The upgrade was a nice gesture, and the room we eventually stayed in was spacious, quiet, and great to come back to after a full day out. The daily breakfast was decent — while the menu doesn’t change much, the variety was fair, and we never left hungry. Waking up to views of the iconic karst mountains of Yangshuo each morning was truly special and made the stay feel grounded in the natural charm of the area. Location-wise, the hotel is conveniently near many key attractions, which made getting around and exploring the area quite easy. One big plus: the staff went above and beyond for us when we had multiple packages arriving from Taobao — helping us coordinate deliveries and pick-ups smoothly. That extra support was really appreciated and speaks to their thoughtful service. A minor downside: the TV in the room didn’t work initially and took a bit of troubleshooting on our own to figure out a fix. The only real disappointment was with the in-house photography experience. While the photographer was skilled and we enjoyed the complimentary 3-photo package, the editor’s attitude left a bad impression. She was impatient and didn’t give us space to decide which photos we wanted to keep or buy. I’d suggest just enjoying the 3 free photos and skipping the upsell unless you really want more. Overall, a solid stay in Yangshuo with great service, beautiful views, and thoughtful touches — just a few things to note depending on what you value during your trip.

Nice hotel with amazing view of the mountains. The room is great size. Staffs are very helpful. We booked the free transfer option to West Street which is great, because staff will drive you there and pick you up as long as it is before 9pm. The photo shoot provides great quality photos, highly recommended. Thank you.

Our room was absolutely amazing, I have never stayed in a room that big before (we stayed in a penthouse room on the top of the hotel). The staff was very helpful and arranged many discounted bookings for us. And the surroundings were just otherworldly. Highly recommended !

The hotel is beautiful and the room is large with comfortable beds. The hotel has a pool, library and children’s playroom. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially 小开 and 小梁 who are very attentive and go out of their way to help us, like carrying our luggages to the outside, always letting us in or out of the elevator first. Also a young lady named 甜甜who works at the photo studio. She’s very honest and not pushy to sell. The only downside of this hotel is the location, it’s a bit of distance from the 西街 where all the nightlife is. It would be a great bonus if the hotel offers transportation for its guests.

The hotel was conveniently located near the Romance show, West food street, and River within 10 min taxi ride. There are 3 small pools and 1 with kids slide. The family room where we stayed has a small slide and plush toys to help entertain small children. The breakfast has small options but sufficient. The Guilin rice noodles are delicious at breakfast. You can rent family scooters at the hotel for 50yuan an hour which was super fun as we rode to the river side. The Chinese restaurant right outside the hotel is also very delicious. The only downside is hotel staff are not fluent in English.

Beautiful hotel with nice scenery. Room us big and spacious. The point to note is to blackout the toilet and shower area for privacy.

The hotel was even more beautiful in person than it was on the photos. The views are breathtaking. The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs. The food was delicious The hotel recommended us to use travel concierge Qianyun, the tour guide, Wendy, was the best we could've asked for. She accommodated our style and requirements and made the experience very easy by handling all of the tedious tasks such as booking attraction tickets. Definitely recommended

The hotel is very pretty thank you for upgrading me to a nice view room and big. Staff are proactive in anticipate my needs eg help book message which is not expensive 198 for 65 mins. room booking also include photos hoot. They make up and photographer are very good quality. Comes with 3 photos for free and I paid for 2 extra photos just 160 rmb well worth it.

The hotel is in a strange position a bit far away from things, we booked because of the swimming pool but beware, the pool is not private, it’s out the front of the hotel! And they take photos there all the time and we paid big money to stay here but they are always asking us to move so can take photos, this was very inconvenient, the hotel sells the photos in their package and get a lot of people because of the scenery but it’s very inconvenient. Also, not much around it for food etc unless u walk but they don’t have a walking track, need to walk on the road, which is dangerous or we cut through a farmer’s property next to hotel which was very muddy due to rain and very inconvenient, the breakfast is good, the hotel is modern but we wouldn’t stay again

The service was great, and breakfast was yummy. Just wish they had more breakfast choices.

One of the most beautiful views from the hotel. Room had heating available in winter, big and spacious with also a balcony. You can rent electric scooters and stroll by the river, staff is very helpful with the location sharing in we chat. Overall great experience, staff are very very helpful.
