Serviced hotel is excellent, just walk outside the hotel we can do bamboo rafting, overview is great, room big and clean

We stayed here for 4 days for our winter holidays. Beautiful and secluded with views of the mountains right off of our balcony. The hotsprings are located near the pool and are a 2 minute car ride up the mountain. They are outdoors, but it wasn't too cold when we went. There are 5 - 6 different pools, all with great views and are very peaceful and relaxing. The No. 9 Restaurant was very good, with many classic and local dishes and a small selection of Western dishes. My wife is vegan and they were able to accommodate her needs fairly easily. We had a great stay and will definitely come again.

The hotel was beautiful and the surrounding area was great! Views from the room, hotsprings and swimming pool was stunning! Hotel staff was very helpful and super friendly!Had a great time!

This place was absolutely amazing! Staff was very nice and responded quickly! They were kind and made our stay feel very comfortable and relaxing! They gave us gifts and made the kids feel nice, clean environment and many things to do!

This might as well have been a spa hotel. It was calm, secluded and was very relaxing. The hot pool was great and I had it to myself and the pool was warm with such incredible views. They even give you rides there and back (2 minute journeys). The staff were very helpful and accommodating too. It is a little out of the way but I like that and the location in between the mountains is very calming and unique. Breakfast was not bad and the afternoon tea, i liked though it would be nice if it was different on some days. The room itself was spacious and large with a very comfortable bed. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Very pleasant stay. We booked this hotel last-minute off-season and enjoyed the hot springs all by ourselves. Great views on the mountain, very friendly staff. The breakfast is a bit thin on the western food parts but rich with Chinese food although the choice is limited. In the afternoon you get a selection of sweets with tea or coffee. The rooms are are large and clean. One of our two toilets (we booked a family room for up to 5) was so small that adults could hardly sit down - construction mistake because there would have been enough space. All in all a clear recommendation.

An amazing hotel with beautiful views in a great location! The staff were very accommodating and the room was super clean! Definitely recommend!

This place falsely advertises and has serious issues with their water quality. Our bath water was YELLOW (see photo) and they claimed this is normal during rainy season, even though it didn't rain when we were there. 1. They only have 2 out of 5 hot spring pools open 2. Even though breakfast is included, they didn't have a full buffet because there wasn't enough guests so we had a very limited breakfast 3. The hotel is centrally controlled for the entire building so the air conditioning in our room doesn't work. It got so hot at night because they ran the heat on high, we couldn't sleep. I complained about all of this and they gave me a 10% discount and they didn't fix anything. They just made excuses for everything. It's hilariously bad. I hope the hotel gets shut down

Gym was very sad, we had to pay extra for bicycles for two hours use, every thing else was quite good !

Beautiful site. The room was lovely. The bathroom was great. The pool view was amazing. I liked the shuttle to and from the pool. The pool and hot springs on the grounds...

2刷陽朔，終於在遇龍河邊找到「避世天花板」——發呆懸空温泉酒店，睜眼閉眼都是山水的温柔 就在十里畫廊盡頭，出門就是遇龍河，推開窗比竹筏上的景還乾淨！沒車也能租酒店電動車，10分鐘飆到月亮山、如意峯，追日落超方便～ 270°山景房！躺床上就能看陽光在灕江畫S彎，連發呆都像在拍電影 ✅ 600㎡透明泳池懸在山頂，游到邊緣像飄在半空，隨手拍都是「天空之境」 ✅ 在半山咖啡廳，邂逅陽朔醉美風光。這是我在酒店的心頭好，點杯飲品甜點坐下 我才懂“桂林山水甲天下，陽朔山水甲桂林” ▫️ 早餐：現燙桂林米粉香到湯都喝光；連空氣都透着慵懶 餓了可以去9號餐廳🍴 菜品很豐富！！推薦 睡醒就可以發呆 這才是度假該有的樣子啊～
