Lykia Botanika Beach Fun & Club - All Inclusive

This hotel is lovely, staff were very friendly and helpful, there's always someone around if you need help, my room was cleaned every single day, rooms are small but perfect as there just a base for us, it's very very clean and there's always cleaners cleaning and changing bins, air con worked perfectly our room was always cool when we entered, beds are very comfortable, no towels are provided for the room, however your given beach towels everyday. pool and beach was clean all the time, sun loungers are hard to find as there always reserved from early morning, food was amazing, honestly the best all inclusive food iv ever tasted, were a very fussy family and we were full everyday, loads of turkish food which was delicious, and your basic pasta, chips, chicken nuggets, spag bol etc, there is definitely something for everyone to eat here, there's so much variety of food options everyday, entertainment was boring, too young for my 10 and 14 year old, but the adults entertainment was too old for them, the hotel is isolated there's nothing to do at all and can be boring, i'm glad we only stayed for 4 nights as we would have gone out our minds with boredom, there's a local shop much cheaper and more variety just outside the hotel, its literally a 5 min walk if that, there were around 4 english speaking families, this hotel isn't an english family hotel, however that didn't matter to us as we were there to make family memories, the walk to the beach is lovely, but very stoney and would be difficult to push a wheelchair or buggy on, overall this hotel is a lovely little getaway, i can't believe the amount of bad reviews this hotel has? it doesn't deserve them. i wouldn't return purely based on the hotel being in the centre of no where, i wanted turkish markets and shopping which i didn't get unfortunately.

When we arrived we thought the hotel was tired and a little dirty, but the staff were lovely. Each trying their best. The pool was great, the alcohol generous, the food was plentiful. However, our family started to get ill and we raised a concern about mold in the air conditioning. It was thick with black mold. From this moment the staff were not helpful, kind or apologetic. They sprayed the thick mould with chemicals and expected us to sleep in the same room. They sprayed chemicals all over or clothes and toothbrushes. They explained the AC system was over 20 years old and this was a known problem but spraying it would be ok. We requested another room. This also had mold in the air conditioning. They argued it was not mould and deferred our concerns to on the beach saying they couldn't help. The third room had been changed but you could see there has been mould before. They left us for 6 hours trying to sort a room. My son was sick and needed to lay down as he had done for a few days previously but they couldn't find anywhere for him or offer any support. Their guest relations became quite unpleasant and the hotel manager refused to speak to us even though he was standing next to us. He shouted something in Turkish and left leaving his staff to explain he was unwilling to speak to us. We do not recommend this hotel because they could not sort this problem safely and deflected away from their responsibilities. It's a shame because the spa was amazing, and the animation team were trying their best. The beach close by was also very beautiful. We only have photos of the supposedly cleaned air conditioning units which they denied are mold. The thick mold in the original room we did not get a photo as we didnt think of this at the time. However the hotel staff filmed it as they sprayed it. There was also mold in the bathroom and covering the plastic furniture around the resort.

It was a truly enjoyable experience — the animation was absolutely stunning, and the food was not only very good but also unique and different from anything I’ve had before.

The hotel is trying to be nice. The walk to the beach is green. But beware: in the room - BED BUGS!!!... WiFi is for a fee. PER PERSON!!! Coffee machines break. No REAL BEAN COFFEE AT ALL. Dirty dirty dirrrtyyy dishes and glasses... All. The sea isn't the cleanest. Music plays very loudly until 23:00 Me with an elderly mother were checked in to a room right over the disco... Food is rather diverse but flies landing on everything. Not adding other pictures because Tripadvisor places good ones first and hides the worst

The hotel is really preety, modern and have a lot of activities. The hotel beach is long and you can play Volleyball there. Around the buildings you have a lot of flowers. 3 swimming pools, a lot of bars and Ping pong table this hotel include. You can’t be bored. Everyday activities with nice and kind animators are really cool. I really enjoyed stayed here and I’m glad that I choose these hotel

The hotel is beautiful, I love the garden, the beach. The family apartament is really great, clean and confortable. The whole workers and animation girls were great, I really enjoy to meet them. Especially Rana, she was very friendly and lovely :)
