I don't usually make reviews but I feel this time I had to. We arrived at midnight starving and there was just some cold soup and uncovered bread in the kitchen, awful. Firstly I will say this hotel is out of the way totally, you can get he dolmus from the front of the hotel to go to fethiye, but you are packed onto this like sardines in a can! Taxi was about £20 one way. If you use the dolmus make sure you have ID on you, we got pulled over by tourist police and whole bus id were checked. Signal is awful so you have to pay £15 for wifi. We got into our room and were initially fine with it (it was a cave type room behind the theatre bit) there were a horrendous amount of flies in the bathroom, gross! I must note that with these cluster of rooms you get the pounding of the entertainment music til 11pm at night. day 2 we got back to our room and smelt sewage, then see that the toilet was leaking all over the floor when flushed, we went to reception who told us to go for dinner and they will get it sorted out. We did and then come back to the room, no change, after 2 hours they put us in a room down the road for the night, that didn't lock!!, and told us it would be sorted tomorrow. Next day we came back, it was sorted but the bathroom floor was absolutely filthy and the room still stank, we aired it out and dealt with it, next day same thing happened with the toilet!! We went to reception who sent maintenance, he didn't speak English so we had to communicate via Google translate, he said he couldn't fix it. We were loved rooms that day at 12, much better. This room was top floor but much nicer, more space and cleaner! Talking of cleaners, they liked to have a meeting outside our door at 7am which woke us up, but it is what it is. Food - awful to be honest. We checked breakfast out but never ate anything, it looked disgusting. They didn't even have any fruit?! Lunch time we would go to the snack bar - the pizzas were nice, burgers standard, chicken burgers rock hard, but better than the main restaurant. Dinner - never any themed nights, being in turkey you would expect kebabs etc, nothing like that. We basically ate like children for the week. Desserts were awful, because of it being a hot country they use a lot of gelatine so it's like rubber. A la carte - we used this and liked it! I wouldn't say it was 'a la carte' but compared to the restaurant it was nice. Breads and dips, a turkish deep fried cheese/sausage pepperoni thing, chicken (or fish) rice and chips (we said to them that maybe rice and some grilled veggies would have gone better than chips) we didn't stay for dessert, it was a deep friend ice cream, not our kind of thing. Complex - the shop onsite is expensive but convenient, walk up the road for the cheaper shop. Sweet shop looked ok. Spa looked lovely, we didn't use it but had spoken to other couples who had and said it was amazing. Bar staff were a good laugh, but the bar was always swarming with massive wasps where it
