Front desk Mr Zhao was very helpful and knowledgeable about Yantai . He had given us some great information on how to go about the area and thing to do. Thumbs up Perfect location to shopping mall and walkable to Yantai San and coastal line .

Thank you for Pullman it is one of the best destination for Yantai downtown, and one of the best food and the best service. Special thanks go to Wang Ya Qun for all the help and very high quality service. Also special thanks to Star in concierge who helped in ensuring correct car charging is established otherwise can not not be charged.

This was a gorgeous hotel. Everything top tier. The location was very central to the nice things in yantai. And the view was nice.

Everything is perfect except the AC/ heater , the heater setting is not adjustable , will goes up to 29 degrees… only solution is to request to open the window or add a standing fan

Location is central. Lots of stores and restaurants are within walking distance. We can see the whole city and the ocean views from our window. Great value. Front desk was on 26th floor and it did cause some trouble when I ordered outside delivery for the first time. But it’s all sorted out and had been smooth thereafter.

The room was clean and spacious with an excellent view. The bathroom was also quite nice with a great waterfall shower. The service was efficient and courteous. Overall a good value for anyone looking to stay in Yantai!

The hotel looks fairly new but the plumbing is awfully loud in some rooms. And the aircon is also super old and rumbled loudly the whole time.
