Мне понравился отель . Брали для большой семьи три номера , два двухкомнатных и один улучшенный . Чисто, белье хорошее , полотенца , кофе капсульное и чай , водичка , банные приналдлежности, слышимость тоже не заметили . Завтраки конечно не как в ультра , но тоже неплохие . Каши , яйца, блины , сырники , нарезки .. а что еще надо для отеля в ярославле по такой стоимости . Есть спа комплекс , маленькая купель , но чистая , хлорированная и вода для детей комфортная . Народу не было кроме нас . Из минусов для меня -расположение . Далековато от центра , ну опять же , на такси 13 мин. Просто нам надо было 2 такси брать , чтоб поехать на ужин или погулять . В общем это хороший вариант для ночёвок и недолгого пребывания , особенно если вас нужны большие чистые номера по доступной цене . Еще на рецепшн девочки хорошие , горничные здороваются и тоже улыбаются . Уборки не было , просто меняли полотенца . А в ресторане девочки какие-то хмурые … раздраженные . Может их бесят завтраки , но они с такими же лицами и на обедах 😅

За громким названием скрывается провинциальная гостиница с картонными стенами, уставшим ремонтом, нервным персоналом и хамовитым охранником. Застиранные полотенца, пожелтевшая душевая кабина, большая кровать - это две сдвинутых. Парковка есть, но она крошечная, Вам очень повезет, если припаркуетесь. Ну и в целом контингент, орущий, пьющий до ночи и прочее. Я очень жалею, что остановилась в этом отеле. И да, так как в Ярославле не работает навигатор никакой вообще, удачи в поиске отеля

Администратор Ирина при заселении испортила всё. Вместо " рада вас видеть",сразу сказала: "Без оригиналов паспортов и свидетельств о рождении детей, я вас не заселю". Этим и отличается Российский сервис от заграничного. Там никогда не скажут такие слова: "ваши проблемы, меня не интересует, мало ли, что вас не предупреждали. Там скажут "сейчас мы вместе постараемся решить НАШУ проблему ". В результате заселились, но нервы потрепали. Сам отель нормальный. Люкс номер 305 хорош. Свежий ремонт, очень чисто. Кулеры с водой на этажах. Но завтраки скудные. Берите, пожалуйста оригиналы документов в путешествие!
