We had an amazing stay for our 30th wedding anniversary at 3 Kings Bed and Breakfast! Julie and Brian were absolutely wonderful hosts and made our stay extra special with a complimentary bottle of bubbles. The cottage was beautifully decorated and included a spa, gas log fire, double shower and basins in the bathroom, and a great view from the balcony. I really wanted to take the king size bed home with me as it was so comfortable. It's located in a beautiful area with lots to see and do. Overall we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it to others. Thanks again Julie & Brian 😊

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast provisions were plentiful and fresh. Good coffee machine for the coffee fanatics. The bed was big and very comfy, the sheet nice and soft. The lounge suite was very comfortable and the cottage itself was well decorated with a twin spa in the lounge area. Nice big bathroom with double sinks, double shower and plenty of towels. Good position where you can walk into town. Verandah along the front of cottage gives mountain views thru the trees and has a table for two and small BBQ. Access into the cottage was easy and well explained. I would happily stay here again, maybe next time when the weather is colder then we could use the gas log fire.

Absolute beauty +++ Stayed for 1 night on Nov 9th. The cottage was beautiful and so clean. We stayed in unit 2, well presented large cottage, peaceful and quiet, with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a beautiful bathroom with a double shower, a big corner 2 person spa bath with a pretty, unique waterfall tap. The spacious kitchen had everything you need, the smallest of details were taken care of. Long balcony with a BBQ, enjoyed our dinner in the 3 piece outdoor setting listening to the singing of the birds. Julie is a great host and she made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed for the stay. A short 5 minute walk can take you to the town centre where you can find woolworths, eateries, etc and the beautiful river. Across the accomodation you can do a river walk with birds chirping in nature's beauty. Strongly recommend this beautiful, clean and peaceful accomodation, you will be delighted. We absolutely loved our stay. We will be back again and again!

Such a lovely place. You get everything you need, it's home away from home. So cosy and warm. We loved fire place and terrace. We got so much privacy, didn't see a single person around, and that's just what we needed 😁.Wish we could stay longer but will come back for sure, and enjoy some more time at this beautiful cottage.

My husband and I had a short stay but it was wonderful, the accomodation was superb, Julie was wonderful and accommodating to our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed the luxurious apartment and the jacuzzi/bathtub which melted out stress away. The fireplace made the place extra cozy during the winter nights. We enjoyed the sights and the small little town, went for walks and even visited Healesville sanctuary. Would recommend and definitely will be coming back.

Stayed here with my husband for 2 nights just recently and it was fabulous! The little cottage was so lovely, it was secluded, private and quiet. The layout of the cottage was well thought out with its openness and design.It was relaxing and one of the best B&B's we've stayed at. The a corner spa in the lounge area near a log gas fire. The spa was definitely the best spa we have used. It was comfy with the head cushions and fast to fill with the waterfall style tap. The room itself was so clean and the breakfast supplies were very generous. Loved the small BBQ on the deck to cook up our brekky each morning. Such a great B&B, would definitely recommend it and we look forward to going back there soon.

We spent the long weekend at 3 kings a 2 night stay package was given to us by dear friends for our 50th Birthdays which was in the peak of Covid. Brian and Julie were so easy to deal with and they were so helpful. The accommodation was beautiful very clean and homey. Would highly recommend

I only have positives to write after staying at 3 Kings. The location is great as it's within walking distance to the many cafes and eateries in Yarra Junction CBD, as well as the local Woolworths supermarket. 3 Kings is also within easy driving distance from many other towns in the Yarra Valley. The place itself was really spacious and well set-out, nothing feels cramped. Everything was clean, neat and welcoming. The breakfast hamper was lovely and plentiful. The bed was very comfortable. The views of the mountains in the distance was a lovely sight to look at from the balcony/verandah. Everything was inviting and homely. Julie was very hospitable and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would happily stay again!
