Would be lovely for families although if I was travelling with young children I would be concerned about the height and steepness of the river bank, but I am a solo traveller in a self contained MH. I didn’t use any of their amenities other than power o/n , filled my water tank and paid $5 to use the laundry. Although their website said $45 I was charged $52 as they said the Monday evening I was there was peak season. Thankfully there are numerous free camp sites along the river which is where I’ll go next time.

Wow, this park had everything you could want if visiting with children however we are an older couple travelling with friends. The park was very very busy for long weekend (our fault for not checking the date before booking) . The Mr whippy van and onsite coffee/toasted sandwich van was a welcome site, it meant we didn't have to travel too far for our morning coffee. Lots of things to do for families and children. Close enough to walk into town for a meal. A Clean, Tidy well-designed caravan park sadly let down but outdated amenities. You just about have to stand on the toilet to close the door the cubicles are so small. No shower curtain in shower cubicle so water sprays over the tiny amount of space you have to leave your dry clothes. No shelf just hooks. No campfires permitted either which is a let down. Otherwise, great park.

Booked a powered site months in advance. Arrive on the day only to be told the toilets and shower near us are not working and will be working again on the Thursday. They offered another site that was cheaper and surrounded by cabins and was a cheaper site (wasnt offered any discount either) but wanted the Riverview like we originally booked. The whole 4 nights we were here, there was no work done on the amenities block and wasnt openned after we left. The closest toilets were closed up to an hour for cleaning with no other option to use the other toilet as they were closed too. Getting access to the pool was also hard as they didn't give you the full code, lucky other people who were staying there to help us get access. Onsite Coffee van but only open on Friday mornkng. Overall, it was a nice park, but amenities were lacking for powered and unpowered site stayers.

Park and facilities are fantastic. The kids loved the pool, huge splashpark and playground and the location right on the river is great. However this is let down by the vile smell and cleanliness of the apparent deluxe Riverview units. Not sure if the smell is dirty skip bins or rotting fish on the bank but feel that with the premium price either of the above should not be something we have to tolerate. The 3 bed deluxe unit we stayed in seemed to have been cleaned very half heartedly and there was a substance on the 'clean' bunk bed sheet that I dared not go near. Have stayed in this park before and likely will again as it really is a beautiful location and great for the kids however very dissapointed that upkeep no longer seems to be high on the priority list and I suggest not booking waterfront due to the smell.

We loved our stay here, we had everything we needed and more. Staff were so friendly, everything so clean and family friendly. And my son caught 3 fish in the parks river! So yummy. We will definitely be back

Owner is a horrible human being. Rude, arrogant and aggressive when I tried to bring in a couple of friends for New Year’s Eve celebrations . Came across as incredibly intimidating to my wife and my female friends who did not want to come In after our encounter

Great spot to stay, I’ve been on sites and in cabins and love the place. Staff are very nice to deal with and I’ve always had a pleasant stay. Amenities are always very well kept and the cabins are clean and comfortable. It’s now my go to place to stay when going to Lake Mulwala boating and fishing because unlike other parks in the area, there’s heaps of room to park the boat.

Stayed for four nights in March. Our site was right on the river with lovely views, but also across from the large gated playground which was supposed to close at 9pm, however kids were there til well after 10pm and pretty rowdy so its not well monitored. Our closest toilet block was on the other side of the gated playground and requires security codes to get in and out which became tiresome particularly at night as there is no lighting around the keypads, or walk around which in the dark was not a good option. The park has great facilities for kids so good for families, however for a park that size they could do with another toilet/shower block because if one is closed the other is quite a walk away. Best feature is the river view so if that is a priority this is the park for you.

I would NOT recommend this park for families. Not only were we paying high shoulder prices when half the park is closed but the kids waterpark wasn't working for all but one of the days we stayed, with no notified this would be the case. The jumping pillow is no longer operational (we did know about this but many other parks have this available for the same price). The new "heated" pool was much colder than the river, so not sure how heated it actually is. The front office staff member Michelle was very rude and condescending when just asked basic questions. Based on how she treated us and the fact she clearly couldn't care less about offering any form of customer service or even trying to help, I would never come back to this park. Above are the two main issues, there were plenty more but not worth writing a story. Just look elsewhere.
