Please stay clear. I arrived back yesterday and am currently speaking to easyjet still. There's people bugging you around the hotel for trips 2 and 4 times a day. The beach area is a complete mess pool bar and snack bar not open. Animation is in the reception posing a health and safety risk as its so busy. My daughter got asked to do 2 activities with them all holiday.... 1 was archery for half an hr and the other was darts. One day the music was on by the pool. Kids told they couldn't use the pool by the only online bar as it was a relax pool. Restaurant food is bland and the same daily (live cooking is different and only thing hot). The list is endless.... STAFF in the restaurant, cleaners and reception are the only thing GOOD about this place. They will try and do anything. Entertainers are shocking and even they look bored.

Fantastic hotel with super staff which were very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was spacious and we were given a free upgrade to a family room on arrival. Everything was lovely and clean, the rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels were given when needed. The hotel had two outdoor pools and one inside pool which could be accessed at anytime. The gym was free to use and the spa offered various massage therapies at very reasonable prices. You definitely don’t starve here with Breakfast, lunch and dinner all catered for. The food was plentiful with a variety of choices and tasted delicious. The hotel provide a range of entertainment throughout the day with poolside yoga and archery, as well as karaoke and bingo where you can win prizes such as a quad bike ride and massage therapies. Big thank you to Jamil and wassine and all of the fantastic staff, especially reception, bar, restaurant, security, housekeeping, entertainment and cleaning staff. This has been a most thoroughly enjoyable holiday and to say that we loved it very much is an understatement. With Love Dot and Nancy xx

We have had an absolutely fantastic time, cannot fault the place from start to finish. We have been treated loyalty. The rain was made daily with nice little touches of roses and petals on the bed. Entertainment was fantastic day and night at the pool, and the kids were always having a great time. Nice hotel to relax whilst the children enjoyed.

Excellent hotel, room spacious, food great. The staff are lovely, Zina (entertainment), Jamal (bar manager). Honey (our waiter). Nadal (bar man). Everybody made us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Staff are very friendly, especially Zina, Honey, Jamal, Nadal, also the cleaner for 1326 and pasta chef in Sudi Bou said
