Nice stuff and clean area , the hotel is very big with a lot of activities and areas to discover that you won’t get bored at all

Professionalism, friendliness, helpfulness of the staff. Elegant and modern environment. Very clean and well cared for. Very large structure with many activities. Beach a few meters. Lots of entertainment, clubs and shops for shopping in the area. Generous breakfast and with a very wide choice of food. Perfect hotel!

Fantastic hotel with super staff which were very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was spacious and we were given a free upgrade to a family room on arrival. Everything was lovely and clean, the rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels were given when needed. The hotel had two outdoor pools and one inside pool which could be accessed at anytime. The gym was free to use and the spa offered various massage therapies at very reasonable prices. You definitely don’t starve here with Breakfast, lunch and dinner all catered for. The food was plentiful with a variety of choices and tasted delicious. The hotel provide a range of entertainment throughout the day with poolside yoga and archery, as well as karaoke and bingo where you can win prizes such as a quad bike ride and massage therapies. Big thank you to Jamil and wassine and all of the fantastic staff, especially reception, bar, restaurant, security, housekeeping, entertainment and cleaning staff. Fantastic stay - beautifully clean and such great staff. The food is lovely even the children have a great selection. The pools are great the heated pool is a firm fav! The staff around the hotel are so lovely and kind. We will definitely be back this year!

The staff are all so friendly. The animation team are all so nice and friendly, we saw some good shows with them. They always stop to speak and sit and chat to everyone. The food was nice and the room very spacious. The lobby bar for drinks was nice with plenty of seating to meet other guests and chat and drink

Arrived to find a 2 hour wait for our room, once we got access we found it filthy, delapidated and not fit for purpose. This was supposed to be a permium apartment which we paid extra for. We were told that our replacement room was the best suite in the hotel, after a further 2 half hors later we were allowed access. It was no better and just as filthy and the floor was left soaking wet from the so called cleaning staff, as we had been up and travelling for 48 hours, we didn't have the energy to move again, we just wanted to eat and get some sleep. From the first day i requested an iron, only to be told that there was only one iron and it was being used, this hotel guest had it for the week and wouldn't return it. Not 4 star standard. The Reception staff were rude and uninterested with any issues we had. Not 4 star standard. The cleaning was disgusting, i had to clean the bathroom myself before i could use it. not 4 star standard The overall state of the rooms reminded me of a back packers room, very run down, filthy, inadequate and certainly not a 4 star apartment. The food was hit and miss, more miss i'm afarid, chicken not cooked, other meats burnt to a cinder, the food was genually served cold and was very repetative and in some cases unedidable. Not 4 star standard The pool areas were normally overcrowded with not enough working sunbeds, they were again filthy. The top seawater pool was the quietest, however the bar did not provide drinks with the food they served, you had to go to one of the other bars for this, again not 4 star. No internet although in the hotel discription it states internet in all rooms throughout the hotel, again not 4 star standard. If we tried to walk around the shops and markets we were constanly harrassed by traders, in some cases trying to push us into thier shops, the hotel need to be made aware of this and bogus people who claim to be chefs in the hotel and try and con you into shopping in their friends shops claiming the hotel will give discounts. We did not enjoy our stay and experience in this hotel and would not reccomend anyone to stay here, the posstive review on here do not reflect the poor service from the staff and the very outdated, crumbling and dirty hotel. This hotel is a 2.5 star rating at most, certainly not a 4 star, this needs to be urgently assessed and downgraded.
