Staff were friendly and great service food was great the room on an other hand for a five star hotel it was more like three star we had cigarette burns on the carpet and it was dirty shower was hot and cold air con wasn’t great either wifi in the room was non existent we had to sit at reception for a signal

Great experience! We had a great time. Bedrooms were very nice and clean (with a small exception of a plug in a bath). Pools were great, especially the one where you can relax. Staff was so friendly and helpful! We liked the food (very special greeting to our waiter, a hard working Bilel Hichri. There was so much to choose for everyone (the kids, vegetarian and picky eaters). Despite the comments about loud music at night- we didn’t hear anything. We slept well throughout the whole night and could easily chill in the lobby or outside with great drinks. Overall, great hotel and would recommend it to everyone visiting Tunisia.

This hotel don't deserve event one star. Nothing from this pictures is try. Everything is old, dirty and they won't us to pay a lots of money for rubbish place. This hotel needs refurbishment and proper education to the stuff from the reception. They have to take all the stuff including the biggest Menager and show them real 5 stars hotel how it look like. I spoke with the highest manager to try to sort up our problems , hi try but they don't have a single room , look like in 5 star hotels. Nice man but that's not enough.Food was reduces, very repitable and very limited options. We have to go and eat every day outside. Or other options was to pay for food in the beach, because they set this is not including in all inclusuv package. I been in many hotels in Tunisia, many times, this is 1000% very far a way from 5 stars hotel. I'm from London and I will Neva go back again there. Don't waste your holiday in this hotel. Plenty more beautiful to go visit. I'm showing you this picture, because we are family and me and my husband have to sleep in this 2 single beds, pretending it is a king size family bed.

Great place for the family, lovely staff and great entertainment team, especially Lamia, friendly and very helpful, pools always clean and tidy, food was lovely and had a great variety to cater for everyone, we will be definitely coming back

The food has been amazing and the entertainment people has been fun and have a laugh with me. All the waiters are really nice and appreciative. The hotel rooms are always clean and tidy. The pool man is so kind and always a smile on his face always lovely to see him

Cons 1st and then the Pros. Cons The un-entertainment team, as they should be known were awful. If you consider having cold water poured on you when pool side, or ice put down your shorts, they may be you thing. Our 7 nights there, 2 of the shows were called Showtime, 2 Arabian Nights, and 2 attempts at Karaoke, which lasted 30 minutes as they couldn't get anyone to sing. The aqua aerobics was so lack luster, no music and again, samey. The worst thing they did was to insult the intelligence of my partner, and then didn't apologise and walked away laughing. The un-entertainment team would be playing table tennis on their own for hour(s). They were the worst I have experience. This review needs to be bought to their attention as a learning curve. The rooms seemed a little tired. They were clean and comfortable, but could do with some attention if they are going to continue with the 5 star tag. The food was very edible, but could get rather tiresome as there was little change day after day. It got to the point where we had to go out for a couple of nights for something different. Pros The catering staff, waiters, bar tenders (mention here for Osama, keep him as he is a young star) were so friendly and helpful. The biggest asset any company has is it's people. Make the most of these people and invest in them. They are the face of the hotel, and make everyone's holiday better. Can I please also include the reception staff. Even with me being a bit of a pain in the butt, they were so helpful and friendly. The public spaces, the lobby is beautiful. You can see what the place use to be. Please get back and keep these standards up. Loads of places to be for rest and sunbathing. The 2 pools and the beach. We did try the beach, but it wasn't us. We preferred the pool, but the bars were always available to chill. In general, the area needs tourism to return after so many negative issues. If they don't get the people coming back, it will never get better. A taxi to Nabeul Madina is worth a trip out. Give yourself a couple of hours to walk about. The cost of the taxi is about 35 - 40 Dina each way and Friday apparently is the day to go. A nice walk to the marina is worth it. And the Barberoussa restaurant is very nice, but lots of food. Be warned.

The food was stale and nothing fresh.It looked as if been there for days. One of the the food lounge staff was aggresive and ill-mannered and after complaining to the supervisior he apologized saying it was because of stress. The place is not well kept and clean..considered expensive comparing it to others in price range.. I would not recommend it at all..Most of the reviews available are old and not stating the actual reality of it nowadays.

The most honest review of this hotel you'll read Let me start this review by stating that we had a nice holiday . The staff (mostly) were very kind and polite .. particular note to the waiting staff in the restaurant and the bar staff at the Carthage bar. The reception staff 50/50 with one in particular being decidedly rude. We had booked two rooms..one a double and one a family.. we ended up with two family rooms ..neither with a balcony . However..that said the rooms on arrival were exceptionally clean .. I say..on arrival..as twice we had to complain to reception that our rooms were not cleaned .. by 6pm. The hairdryer in our room was a death trap..falling apart and overheating. You can't dry or clean your clothes ..you have to pay for laundry ..this includes no iron. Running out of toilet roll and shampoo also a problem..but the obviously overworked and in probably 40% of the cases ..fed up staff.. did their best to help The indoor pool was closed ..and despite us logging this with our tour operator..the hotel (and I have the email proof) lied and denied it was . Towels for the pool was like waiting for an audience with God some days .. The food in the restaurant was good .. it got tiresome after 5 days ..but no issues on the spread . But the meat was undercooked ..tongs for food shared between multiple meat and non meat items..and given the exceptionally high temperatures... Some good areas not chilled and the fresh juices on several days ..with no ice What the hotel fint say is that the a la carter options is really just three set menus ..one of which looks like the buffet.. the other two wholly unappealing..that the beach bar food is not included in the all inclusive package not is a h alcoholic drinks..and the range of drinks at all the bars is very limited ..do not expect something like Egypt ..or the Caribbean (I have traveled for almost 40 years to over 55 countries..) The hotel is officially rated 5 star ..and the grand atrium warrants this..but with the Bacchus bar closed ..the indoor pool closed ..many of the outdoor areas lacking any interesting thkngs to do (the animation team were great ..but I felt disgusted by one of them in his 20s hitting on my 13yo It's good..but be aware it's not great

Had good fun with the animation team. Wass especially was very good and very friendly. Pool was very nice and easy to get beds. We preferred the quiet pool with no music. Snacks available at the pool throughout the day, burgers, chips, paninis, crepes etc
