The hotel was beautiful and clean, the food was wonderful, the room was spotless, the location was perfect! But... what made this holiday amazing were the staff! Entertainment staff, Nada & Alex were incredible! They made us feel so welcome and every day they made sure we were OK, they took the time to speak with us and best of all the laughter, thank you so much xxx The restaurant staff, what can I say, every day we were treated so walmly, we couldn't wait to go see them, the service was impeccable, the food was lovely and there was so much on offer, but the best bit was the desserts lol it was sad when we had to say goodbye we didn't want to leave! Our housekeeper was such a lovely lady, everyday we couldn't wait to come back to our room to see what masterpiece she had created ♥ our linens were fresh, the room was spotless, but most of all we left feeling like we had made a new friend ♥ I have to add the Al la carte restaurant was brilliant, my friend celebrated her 60th birthday while we were there and it was amazing, the gentleman that waited on us was fantastic, the table was beautifully decorated, service was again impeccable, the food was delicious and we even had birthday cake thank you so much for making my friends special day so amazing! Reception staff were so welcoming and professional, they welcomed us so warmly and nothing was too much trouble, thank you ☺ Because of this we will be returning very soon, we cant wait to see everyone again, THANK YOU XXX Michelle P

great hotel, excelent food (french pastry, tunisian traditional), nice wines, very nice people, excelent service. Daily cleaning innthe rooms, Great DJ, delighted us every night with nice music & karaoke. I felt like in Casablanca movie, no stupid rules about smoking inside. We will come again

The hotel was very good. In the near there are many restaurants and shops where you can go. The beach is also in the near and the food is very delicious. Entertainment is so friendly! Speacially Hamza. He is very good at animation, it looks so fun.

I absolutely loved my holiday from start to finish. My room was very large and spotlessly clean. I had requested a sea view, which also had a balcony, and it was really special to hear the sea day and night. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The restaurant was clean, well staffed, and I don't think I had the same food twice, apart from my morning omelette and evening? fried omelette. Unfortunately my holiday was too early in the year for hot weather, although two days were in the early 20s, still hotter than the UK. I had a massage at the Thalasso spa, which was exceptional. Definitely due a return visit.

I am staying in this hotel at this very moment, this is just short review to vent my absolute anger. Full review will follow after going back home. Hotel certainly is not 5*, not even close, rooms rundown in desperate need of upgrades. Food ok, but not up to standard of any 4* hotels I stayed previously. Eg Phenicia or bel azur. Staff try their best but what upset me most is attitude of the management. Just now I was stopped and sternly reprimanded for trying to take some fruit to my room. I am 70 and widely traveled, has never been told of with this manner. Never before have I ever been forbidden to take fruit to my room even in poshest hotels . Avoid, there are some fantastic hotels in Tunisia and Tunisian people are lovely and very welcoming not here. Name of the man who told me off in no certain fashion is Claudio, although I doubt very much it’s his name.

The service,the accomodations,the meals and the animation were excellent. The hole atmosphere was marvelous,rooms were clean,staff was very kind. It was a good choice.
