C’était bien , la réceptionniste tres gentille, mise a part que toutes les boissons sont payantes meme lors du dîner La plage est en dehors de l’hôtel, il te laisse pas ramener a manger avec toi , tu es obligé de consommer sur place

Bonjour à toutes et à tous, L'hôtel est excellent, les chambres, la nourriture et le personnel,le seul point négatif c'est la pension complète, vous avez le droit aux trois service, petit déjeuner, midi et soir,sinon au bar et à la plage tout est payant.

Todo fue perfecto, es de esos sitios de los que no te quieres ir. El trato es exquisito.

Flora Park Hotel was in my opinion absolutely fantastic. If I had read some of the these Reviews before I travelled I might not have gone there so I'm glad I didn't! We couldn't fault it at all. From the moment we arrived the staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly. They even upgraded our accommodation to a Suite which was lovely. I had trouble charging my mobile phone and mentioned it to the young man at reception and he actually loaned me his own personal charger to use overnight. The staff in the restaurant were wonderful and full of fun, especially 'The Pastry Chef - Loftie', who always made us smile and made the most tasty Pancakes too....as well as all the other goodies available. The pool Lifeguard Shalou was great too. He works so hard to make sure you're comfortable and has the loveliest smile and always stopped for a chat. He too charged my phone and loaned me his own personal charger. As far as we're concerned; regarding the 'Touts' etc., outside the Hotel. It's a 'low income' country so what's the problem with them 'selling you their wares'? Nothing is too expensive in Tunisia once you get used to the currency. We are holidaying there again next May....(if I can wait that long) and I have no hesitation in recommending this lovely, quite Hotel to all our friends and family. Thank you everyone at Flora Park for making our holiday such a memorable one. It was also very nice to see how much the staff cared for the cats, especially the pregnant little one. Hotel was lovely very clean staff were exceptional specially beganda the waiter main bar manager maids in cleaning the rooms and chef working breakfasts. Little quiet .but exceptional . A little cool bit again it was december and just a lovely country . Good location and the people are so friendly .

The hotel reception and bar was nice and the staff were good . I cannot give negative on this! The food was not as good as I would have expected! The bedrooms were large but the beds were hard and the pillows lumpy! The hotel had its own private beach , which was not good at all! It was very dirty with bottles and litter lying around and cigarette butts all over the sand and sun beds really old and dirty looking! On a plus the hotel had a beautiful pool !

This is my first time in this hotel that looks like a Just like heaven on earth. The staff are amazing especially Didi Who kept everyone occupied and smiling. The food is amazing and tasti and the service is Just professional I will definitely return Thanks everyone

A spa treatment is a must! Lovely and peaceful surroundings. Staff very knowledgable, friendly and so helpful. The reflexology massage was the best I’ve had in a long time. My mum enjoyed a pedicure and a hot stone massage, which was a first time for her. She loved it.

Staff are lovely I can't fault. We arrived and noticed we were in a room with shaded balcony also outside our balcony seems to have a pit where water runs it smells disgusting.we asked to be moved we were told all rooms a full.1st time visit to tunisia. For a 4 star hotel looks gorgeous. Beds broke my back by 2nd night.i certainly would not come to this hotel again unfortunately

Me and my friend recently stayed here and it was one of the worst hotels i’ve stayed in. Although the rooms are clean, the maintenance and the quality of the bed/mattress are poor. We were only provided with 1 duvet although we had 2 beds and when I requested an extra, they kept giving us bed sheets rather than the duvet itself. The language barrier was very hard as not many people speak english. Due to this, I had to sleep with just the bedsheets cover and no duvet for 1 night before getting it sorted. The hotel resturant doesn’t have many options and we got served raw chicken. We had half-board booked however compared to other hotels and resorts, this one had very bad options. The excursion worker within the hotel was very rude and pressured us into booking. Prior to paying, we told him we were no longer interested and he hassled us into paying him as it was “already booked”. There is also a lot of insects within the hotel and my body was covered in bumps/spots, so defo bring insect repellent spray when visiting. I won’t be coming back to this hotel again.
