The hotel is excellent, the food is great, the animators are excellent, especially for children. the animation is great. Everybody is very kind and helpful Dali the best animator , keep it up

It was a very nice vacation! Everyone was super nice. I can't complain about anything. There were great excursions and activities. we will definitely come back

The animation team is very entertaining, My favourites are Dali, The Shows every night are entertaining good for kids and adults for example they had a Michael Jackson performance which was very entertaining, Hotel Is Big, clean and the waiters are great, the bar staff are very kind and friendly, Didn’t really enjoy the food as much but I was still eating with such a large variety of food

Don’t be fooled by the reviews! We have just returned home after a 2 week stay and still suffering from a stomach bug which we all had all throughout our stay. Reception has a drawer full of powders and tablets at the ready and when speaking to other people in the resort we realised it was a rife problem. Raised concerns to a member of staff once due to RAW chicken!! & the staff were very rude making us feel like rubbish which made the rest of our stay uncomfortable so we felt best to make our complaints when we got home. There were cockroaches in the dining and restaurant area, plates and cups were filthy!! Plastic cups at the poolside only rinsed through then re used, drinks were warm and flat out of bottles. Food was either over cooked or raw I have photos. Rooms are very outdated, strong smell of sewerage, requires a huge refurbishment! definitely would not stay here again and if everyone wrote a true review I wouldn’t have booked to stay here. I won’t trust reviews again after the experience my family have had in this hotel. The only nice thing was the weather and the beach. Worst holiday I have ever had!
