Another great stay. Staff great, food great , great company every one very friendly .hotel is well kept and upto date.its great value for money. if your looking for a beach front hotel this is perfect .bar staff in The Eden bar are great fun very welcoming and helpful.

The best holiday I have ever experienced, the hotel was immaculate. The food was varied and of great quality. The waiters, hotel staff & the animation team are incredible. Shoutout to djambo, Sam, Mario & Fifi of the animation team who were awesome & so welcoming and really like to get you involved with the various activity’s during the day. The night time entertainment was also very good which included a lot of the animation team involved. Also the waiters in the restaurant and the ones who patrol around the pool areas are so friendly and always make sure your drinks are topped up. Sammy who worked in the restaurant always made sure we had a good table and remembers what drinks we had after only 1 day also amin who was working in the Eden bar & hamza who was behind the bar are great guys and literally made our holiday by being such a great laugh and also incredible at their job

First time visitingTunisa And will definitely be back Hotel was on the beach we had a sea view room Food was ok but am a fussy eater always found something to eat . Had a large selection of food and salads They also have a microwave to heat food up as sometimes it is Luke warm Entertainment was great what amazing team they all are nothing was ever to much trouble . Same for the bar staff amazing service from them all always smiling and happy to chat .

What a wonderful week we've had at the Paradis Palace Hotel,from arrival and the reception staff to the restaurant staff,the Animation team were amazing ,Pika was so friendly and always kept everybody entertained all day long,the food and service was fantastic,so much choice and constantly changing,I would definitely recommend this for everyone from couples to families,the waiter Amir is a credit to the hotel,very attentive service, we were never without a drink,Thank you

Overall this is a nice hotel to stay in. Very clean and comfortable. We had a good sized room with a huge bed and balcony and a nice bathroom. The food was amazing and the waiters very friendly. The bar people were also very good too and a good range of inclusive drinks. The cleaners work very hard to maintain the hotel cleanliness inside and outside. The shop in the hotel was very handy and they left you alone to look around and the exchange counter was handy too.There were afew things that could do with finishing off like drill holes not filled in and the enamel in the bath was abit worn. The WiFi was amazing and worked everywhere in the hotel and even on the beach too. The heating in the rooms was also very good and the hot running water was instant too. The only criticism I do have is it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room and tea making facilities. Generally good value for money stay. However the area in which the hotel is situated was very sparse and if you want to go to visit places you had to get a taxi which are cheap enough. We found the harassment by shop owners outside the hotel was very over the top and difficult to deal with which was such a shame.

Let me be absolutely clear: my recent stay at Hotel Paradis Palace in Hammamet was, without question, one of the most appalling, filth-ridden, and health-compromising experiences I have ever endured in what claims to be a “FOUR-STAR” establishment. If this place were graded on actual cleanliness and hygiene standards rather than whatever fantasy rating they’ve conjured up for their marketing, it wouldn’t even qualify for a single star. In fact, a starless void would feel too generous. From the moment I stepped into my assigned room, I was confronted with conditions that I found profoundly unhygienic. The toilet, for example, showed signs of what appeared to be deep neglect. I noticed a hair on the lid and visible discoloration on the seat—far from what any reasonable guest would consider acceptable. It gave every impression that it had not been thoroughly cleaned in a very long time. The bathtub’s interior walls sported a yellowish buildup and stray debris that I felt should never appear in a hotel bathroom, let alone one that claims a four-star rating. The sink area was similarly disheartening: dried stains and hardened residues on the counter, and taps marked by what looked like limescale and possibly mould, suggesting to me a serious lapse in basic sanitation practices. Inspecting the beds did nothing to improve my impression. Underneath the double bed’s mattress, I encountered a layer of dust and debris that seemed to have accumulated over a considerable period. The single beds were no better: I saw what I interpreted as mold-like growth under the spring box and mattress, and one bed featured a stained duvet and an unsettling brownish streak. In my view, this went well beyond a minor oversight and raised serious questions about the frequency and quality of housekeeping. I complained and was moved to a sea-view room. Although this second room appeared somewhat less grimy, I still found it far below any reasonable standard of cleanliness. By this point, my trust in the establishment’s hygiene practices was irreparably damaged. On my final night, the presence of a cockroach in my room underscored just how far conditions had strayed from what I consider hygienic and comfortable hospitality. This unwelcome encounter only deepened my sense of unease and dissatisfaction. Beyond the room conditions, I also became quite unwell during my stay, requiring emergency medical attention while in Tunisia. While I cannot be certain of the precise cause of my illness, the timing was unsettling. The stress and the general lack of hygiene I observed certainly did nothing to reassure me. I was left shaken, out of pocket due to unforeseen medical costs, and deeply disturbed by the circumstances. In fairness, I should note that the buffet and bar staff were courteous, and the desk manager did allow me to print my emergency travel documents without charge. Unfortunately, no amount of politeness could offset the state of the rooms or the distress I experienced

Returned for our third visit but our first time here in december for the new year so very different to visiting in summer months. We had a lovely warm welcome from lots of staff that remembered us both from previous visits which was lovely. The weather was mixed which was to be expected considering dec/jan months but still better than our UK weather however we did get a few days out of our 7 to sit around the pool. Animation team are lovely & pleasant but not pushy if you dont wish to join in. We booked a seaview room and it was lovely positioned for us & cleaned everyday. New years eve seven course gala dinner with waiter service all evening aswell as live entertainment was very impressive the hotel definately did a fantastic job the atmosphere was great, credit to all involved in making it a memorable evening for us. We again found staff throughout the hotel polite, pleasant and helpful if we needed anything. Thanks again

There are both plus and minus points to this hotel. We visited in January so off peak and wasn’t expecting much but parts of what we got were great, parts were ok and parts were awful. Plus points- *Rayan and Jumbo from the animation team. Really friendly and helpful, fun, actually earned their wage and did things both in the day and on the night time for guests. *Housekeeping was good. We had our room cleaned most days and the rooms were clean, towels and bottles of water topped up and they made fancy patterns with the bedding and upholstery. The bedding was not changed daily but every so often which was fine for us. *Bar staff were brilliant and friendly. Once they knew you they would bring your usual without asking and have a laugh and a joke with you. On the ball and polite overall. *Shop is great to have for any necessities you forgot and for snacks as you will need it with nothing available between lunch and dinner. Weak points- *The young girl on the animation team is awful. Loud and screechy through the day and does literally no work. She hangs around all the French guests talking and laughing with them and sneers at the English guests. She shouts “ENGLAND!” In your face and waves her arms around and this is all you get from her. Annoying all the time but particularly when laid by the pool, reading and obviously do not want to be disturbed. *Food. Hit and miss, I’m lucky I have has gastric surgery and only need small portions as most of it was cold and lacked taste. My OH is less fussy with his food but did only mention the Shepherds Pie as a highlight. The restaurant obviously does not understand themes either so don’t get excited by those….Asian theme had only prawn crackers even vaguely related and the restaurant obviously does was beef stew and shepherds pie The staff on the restaurant were amazing though! No snack bar. If, like me you need to eat little and often or like my fiance, you just love food, be prepared to spend money on snacks in the who of squirrel away fruit and snacks from the restaurant in your bag as there is nothing available between lunch and dinner. The stench of smoke from the indoor smoking area is vile! It stinks out the place and is literally in the corridor linking the restaurant to the bar. There were lots of small children around and they had no other way of getting places, it’s disgusting. Would we stay here again? Maybe in peak time when all of the bars and restaurants are open. Feels like they are doing half a job because they are only catering for half the people. Could be a brilliant hotel.

The hotel staff and entertainment are excellent The room and hotel housekeeping are outstanding. Nothing Is too much trouble. The restaurant and food is varied. I would like to make a special mention to the entertainment staff Jumbo aria and kimo. We don't have children but the animation team are on the ball.
