Vincci Saphir Palace & Spa

My daughter and I were satisfied with the Saphir Palace&Spa for the second time and we were very excited again. When we entered the hall, we were greeted by a very calm, relaxing atmosphere. You will be greeted by very nice and helpful staff at the reception. We had a room with a beautiful view of the sea, everything was beautifully clean, the cleaning ladies were always helpful, very fresh and we were always ready. They came later, perhaps during a longer stay it may seem that the choice of dishes is not very varied. The service in these areas of the restaurant and at the bar was very helpful and nice. The hotel offers many beautiful trips to the surrounding area, the gentleman who offers them does not force you, he will explain everything to you in detail. And the best atmosphere, the hotel has beautiful swimming pools in the gardens for children and adults, there is also a bar that will serve you as an adult drink, which will pleasantly serve you and refresh you. no roar of small children. During the day you can take part in a pool workout, which really didn't go wrong thanks to the wonderful and great animators Emma and Louma, we had a lot of fun together in the water. The girls have their hearts in the right place, they accompanied us all day and always prepared beautiful and unforgettable evenings. Some people felt that they wanted entertainment, but it's not always just about the animation. They definitely had a lot of fun, on my behalf Emma and Louma praise, a big thank you and perhaps a big kiss. Good food, good everything but Haifa is the best women around the Hotel. You can easily contact her if you want something particular to eat on Al Carte. Shes always bright and happy, i really reccomend her!

I had a wonderful vacation there and i would 100% recommend it everything is so good especially the activities there such as karaoke and aqua gym with the wonderful and cute coach called emna IMo really thank herr you GUYS should meet her finally i had so much fun. Its the best journey ive ever had in my life❤️❤️

Here now and far from what we expected, food bland and cold mostly room dark and dated. Needs some TLC and barman at pool bar needs some help otherwise you could be waiting some time inbetween him getting supplies or collecting glasses, entertainment team well the 2 of them try but clearly to many people for the 2 of them - evening entertainment "there isnt any" same as the hotel could and should be so much better needs some money spending on it cant even get diet coke not seen pool cleaned yet either but location is ok and you can see why more people go elsewhere rather than visit real shame - true test will be when we try and extend the room towards the end of the week

5 star holiday from hell, if you are English avoid at all cost, they have no hygiene standards, despite first impressions in the lobby, where the best of the furniture is, it seems clean, the doors and above windows I don’t think have ever been cleaned, some of the furniture is the bar area is filthy and smelly, the rooms are never cleaned properly, toilet, sink and shower were not cleaned during our stay I used antiback wipes and did it myself, as for the food well I just don’t know what to say except for a load of slosh, despite regular complaints to rep still nothing hot done, the staff they have work so hard and are helpful but they definitely need more, my full review along with some gruesome pictures will follow soon

❤️❤️❤️Emna is a wonderful employee – very communicative, friendly, and open. The hotel itself is excellent: the staff is attentive, the food is delicious, and I especially enjoyed the refreshing drinks by the sea. Everything made my stay truly enjoyable.
