there is very limited service in room. dinner was included but you have to pay for drink ( cola or alcoholic drink)

傳統的老派酒店，裝修非常有意思，整個酒店本身就像一個景點，處處透露着古香古色的色調，房間好像一個個獨立的門户，呆了兩天都還會迷路那種，性價比超高。

這是我們第二次來這個度假村了。停車很方很，安保嚴格，環境很安全，安靜，讓人很放鬆。自助餐很豐盛，員工很友好非常熱情，總是能在需要的時候，及時提供幫助。員工英文都挺流利，溝通無障礙！性價比非常高的度假村。下次一定在夏季來一次，因為泳池看着實在是很漂亮！

Très belles piscines, plage un peu moins, eau pratiquement noir mais très calme avec peu de touristes Belle hôtel avec une décoration de goût mais à rénover et rafraîchir... Propreté à revoir, pas de changement de draps tout les jours dans les chambre, sol sale... Buffet répétitif tous les jours et manque de fruits frais et de glaces Pas d’ascenseur donc très embêtant nous étions au premier étage avec un bébé Dans l’ensemble séjour correct mais qui ne vaut pas un 5 étoile européen.

We been here for family holiday the hotel was great from A TO Z The member of staff are so so friendly the treat you like family from manager mr kalid and coach AHMED and the entertainer management Dali and kids club HANA all the team I LOVE TO BRING ALL THE NAME I really happy to advise everyone to this hotel ..

Arrived at hotel it says refurbished the only refurbishment that has taken place is the reception, so it's a screen, first impression, I can assure you the rest of the hotel has not been refurbished, I don't know where to start, we booked a bungalow and having a disabled partner we were advised that a suite was better for his needs and location so accepted, fan in the seperate and only toilet does not work so no where to extract smells currently day 5 of holiday and using external loo's, shower over flows into living area, not ideal for disabled people. Bed bottom sheet only and no cover on quilt, room not cleaned on day 1, removed rug because of trip hazard and the floor hadn't been cleaned in months, no tea or coffee in room, reception say yes yes but don't fix anything and don't care, we are still waiting, no 5 bars as advertised, no beach bar, the bar that's there is quite a walk whilst on the beach, rotted flooring at soho restaurant that my partner went through, no tables cleared in olive restaurant and waiting 20 mins then cleaning it your self, 1 coffee machine for over 2000 people, the other has been broke since we got here. Beach is disgusting and dirty not cleaned at all and I'm not talking seaweed, plastic bottles litter, items of clothing. Cold food at the soho restaurant left out for people to eat, lack of toilet roll in most public toilets, bathroom doors that don't lock so people walk in on you, the place is tired and there is only one restaurant the other you have to book but it's only open twice a week and reception keep saying it's fully booked even though no one is eating in there, the list goes on. It's a really poor unorganised hotel take your money somewhere else.
