I was at the hotel with my mum for a week on arrival Sonia at the reception made us very welcome and helped us throughout our stay, ayoub the waiter was very attentive very friendly and quick service throughout our stay also Wassim who worked at the restaurant was very polite and helpful best waiter in the hotel also arbi from day time bar staff is absolutely amazing bibo and ramos from the animation team where outstanding they made our whole experience amazing and the manager of the hotel is very kind and friendly

After a very long years of absence. I'm again to Tunisia and specially Hammamet.I can say I felt home with the nice staff I met from the porter Oncle Jom3a to the animation team with whom we had a nice days. Very friendly , warm and nice staff. Rooms are so clean and spacious. The DG was very helpful and welcomy, thanks for his help about internet. Food was good but it can be better.my children enjoyed the animation activities and the kid's club, thanks to Sabrina and her team. I will definitely come back and I hope that tourism situation will be improved better to enjoy the caraebian Joy️!!!

Hotel horrible 🤮 à éviter. Très sale .tout est cassé dans les chambres .les photos ne sont pas réelles c'est des anciennes sa sent mauvais dans les chambres il mérite d'être fermé. On ne pouvait même pas dormir tellement le bruit de la clim était fort.

j'ai été particulièrement impressionné par la qualité de l'accueil. Dès mon arrivée, le personnel s'est montré incroyablement accueillant et attentif. Leur courtoisie et leur sourire chaleureux ont immédiatement créé une atmosphère conviviale et détendue.

Horrible tout simplement,arrivé à l'hôtel après un très long voyage, étant fatiguees avec un enfant fievreux, ils nous ont obligé d'attendre depuis 9h du matin jusqu'à 14h dans la sale d'attente sous prétexte que l'heure de réservation débute à 14h, puis une fois l heure est venu on a constater que c est carrément un autre complexe que celui de caribean en renovation, tu réserve dans un hôtel tu te retrouve dans un autre, avec un comportement très mal sein du personnel d accueille, puis la cerise sur le gâteau ils ont refuser de nous accueillir pour raison que l'agence qui a passer notre réservation est endetté, et l'agence en question affirme que leur piscine est infecte et très dangereuse pour la santé humaine, elle répond pas au moindres normes d hygiènes, à fuire tout simplement, j ai même jurer de ne plus mettre les pieds en tunisie à jamais.

السلام عليكم كانت تجربة فاشلة باتم معني الكلمة فيما يخص مدة اقامتي في هذا النزل ابتدا من الغرف الغير مجهزة بالتكيف والمصعد المعطل وصولا الي الضجيج في رواق الغرف وعدم احترام راحة النزلاء اما فيما يخصني لقد اعطوني غرفة عير مجهزة بالكامل لا تلفاز سرير في حالة يرثي لخا اضافة الي السرير الثالث المعطب بالكامل وهذه الغرفة وجدوها لي بعد رحلة بحث مضنية في اليل عندما اردت تغير الغرفة التي نزلت بها بصفتها بدون تكيف اضافة الي عذاب الاكل الغير لذيذ بالمرة لقد طلبت منشفة استحمام في اليوم الاول ولم اتحصل عليها الا بعد يومين وقلة احترام خدمة النزل للنزلاء الضجيج التكلم بصوت مرتفع في الرواق فتح الغرف علي النزلاء بدون استاذان والي انواع الحشرات التي صادفتني نداءي الي اصحاب النزل مثل هذا النزل احترموا المواطن قليلا

j'ai passé une réservation sur Tunisie booking dans cet hôtel pour être surprise devant la porte de l'hôtel, après avoir fait 121 km, que l'hôtel est en travaux !!! et je doit passer mon séjour dans Caribbean World Hammamet Village (à coté) en me prenant à l'accueil comme idiote me disant que c'est le même hôtels et on peut prendre les chambre de Hammamet village et utiliser la piscine de Caribbean World. alors j'été obligé de changer mon séjour dans un autre hôtel avec un montant supérieur à celui prévu, pour ne pas rentrer avec une déception pour les enfants. Ne parlant pas des clients comme moi ce jour là, et les conflits à la réception, et la plainte des employés, qui nous ont félicité par le changement de séjour en disant que l'état de l'hôtel est catastrophique et eux même n'ont pas eu leur salaire !!! Mon conseil : ne plus y visiter.

Chambre : fourmis, clim inexistante, salle de bain a refaire, literie inconfortable, Restauration: même menu presque chaque joure, service tres long la fille d'attente commence par les couverts et termine par le dessert, même les serviettes en papier...... Animation: il font des efforts mais ça reste limité très limité.... La piscine avec un toboggan miniatures... Et ça ferme a 18h Wiffi inexistant même en réception pour te poussé a prendre des lignes téléphoniques prépayé Conseil a évite pour le méme tarif y a beaucoup mieu je parle d'expérience
