Hi to potential travellers, I am embarking on the journey of writing this review to reflect my personal experience and insights, and share the positive and negative aspect of my duration of stay with fellow travellers. I can understand how frustration and daunting it can be without the right prior knowledge, because travelling increases social and cultural understanding, it creates social bridges by promoting shared experiences and producing compassionate behaviour. Flight Airline (Easy Jet) The flight was scheduled and departed on time, the display screen was prompted and accurate. Please note to save money, no need to upgrade the standard seats, standards seat was spaciously comfortable so don't waste your money by upgrading unless you may have a health issue which require more space. The service was ok, few of the cabin members need to be more emphatic and considerate when serving drinks and refreshment, they need to be a bit more patient and give travellers a bit more time to decide. The issue was, the way the refreshment was orchestrated chronologically served from the end to the top or top to the end caused a lot of distress to some travellers as they may have health issues or dehydrated due to the length of journey and waiting time in the airport. Because how it works is, if they leave your row and go to the next row and then you reached to them for a drink, they will not serve you until they go to every row from the top to the end or end to the top then they will come to you and serve i am not sure why they do this. I know it sounds extremely frustrating, i felt uncomfortable and upset. for a drink to be served it took them 25minutes by then i felt agitated and upset. I can understand they may have a queuing system in place BUT if someone is dehydrated and have health issue then indeed it has to be assisted immediately without further delay. Also there were two trolleys of refreshment one at the top and other at the end so i am not sure why they did that. The management need to look into this. Further, I upgraded my luggage at the airport counter and i was issued with a speed track to facilitate the que but unfortunately the queuing system was not structured or managed well therefore my upgrade did not compromise to my standard, considering I had some health issues i was standing for a long time without any seats available. hence, to future travellers make sure you make the 'Check In Desk' employee reassure them of your needs and what you paid for. 'Check In' do it home before you travel it saves you time and money (print out your documents), -'Check Out' you can not do it online during your stay at Tunisia Hammamet only at the Airport Check Out (Out Bound) its the rules.. TUNSIA HAMMAMET EDEN YASMINE. We arrived late evening about 11.00pm so the dinner was finished but we were also offered some snacks like pizza slice and some cakes. i've been in eden for 6 nights, i had a good time, started from the reception they were nice, they treated us well, the room was good, calm( bath, bed, sofa, balcony.., pool view), the swiming pool is a little bit small, but i liked it, the sun is great all day, about the lobby and the bar i loved it, the food was good a big variation, i didn't like the animations you can skip it. at the end i say it's good

The review site only lists up to 5 stars, I would have gladly given higher scores and paid more for the week. From the moment we arrived, the staff were fantastic! From the reception team to the waiters. We were treated like family and made to feel so welcome, I was almost upset to come home. The food was very diverse, and if you could find nothing to eat, it was because you are way too fussy. The guy they had arranging the trips out gave us very sound advice the first day, and the short trips out were fun.

The rooms were nice and the staff were lovely, they always went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, food was good, the spa was good and the prices were great, they warn you about the guys in the town who try and scam you, always say there the chef from your hotel and take you to a shop and get charged far too much, would definitely come back again.

We needed a peaceful time away during the off season and thought to try Tunisia. We were greeted with a very warm and friendly welcome and the staff looked after us throughout our stay. The spa services were excellent. Activities were limited in the hotel and the local area as it was off season, but that suited us fine.

It was like being a part of a big family. There were lots of people from around the world, but what shows it is worth to stay, a lot of families were from Tunisia, Algeria. Locals know what is the best. Food was exceptional, big variety. The staff was very nice, courteous. Smiling, helpful. Our daughter had a health problem. In the middle of the night she had a fever and high pulse. In about 10 minutes the doctor arrived and helped. The rooms were clean and they were keeping it every day. The night shows, the animator were great. We felt that they really like the kids.

The room we were given was so so old, tired, every furniture broken. Ripped rugs and towel rails falling off the walls. Our tv didn't connect to our firestick so we asked for a different room and were told no all the tvs dont work like that despite 3 hdmi ports so they were clearly made for that function. The adverts of nice rooms were misleading! Because only a few are nice like that. Or they pick and choose who gets the worst rooms! We paid £100 a night for a £30 value room!!! The food was TERRIBLE. we ate out most of the time after seeing the old and bad salad, rotting melon and fruit, nothing refreshed when finished, so oily and greasy, on dirty serving areas. NOTHING like their images again. The food was the worst ive ever had. I was hungry alot of the time. The restaurant staff never gave us even cutlery and we had to do this ourselves. We were given plastic disposable cups with our water to my horror they were all wet inside when we unstacked them! Indicating REUSING plastic cups most meal times every table was full of plates and not cleared for new guests. Every table and mat was dirty. The place in general was pretty rank. The bar staff were rude to my husband and refused to even give him a beer in a glass when we were not even swimming! When barman saw i had taken glasses myself to make coffee in my room he accused me of stealing saying oh what is it a souvenir??? Staff in general weren't very friendly or happy to help for anything ive never been refused a kettle in any hotel yet we had to buy one! the reception refused me one because i dont have a child!! Dont be fooled to think oh well we can have a nice night at the joining bar/club to the hotel, because your reservations will be cancelled and without a reservation UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES can you enter!!! the place is a joke, again my husband was spoken to SO RUDELY, we tried to enter from the bar of our hotel and he was spoken to like a burglar!! It was my birthday and we were made to travel to hammamet to party despite being guests at the hotel this bar is a part of!! The pool was cloudy most days, the bath water smells so strongly of chlorine its like being in a pool! We had ants everyday inside the room aswell which the cleaner couldnt seem to manage! All in all i would AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We booked this hotel through Love holidays. The photos on the website/app are not completely true to what this hotel actually offers or looks like (in parts). Firstly, I want to compliment the reception staff who were so friendly and helpful at all times. We had to change rooms and this was no problem at all. We appreciated that a lot. I will talk about the room first. Everything was fine, pool view, comfy beds. Water hot and powerful from the shower and bath. The fan in the bathroom did not work however so we kept the door open. No kettle in the room. This is not 4 star service. No Iron. The outdoor pool is nice but the water was too cold to swim in. It said there was a jacuzzi but I did not see a jacuzzi. My mum used the spa for a massage which you have to pay for and she said that it was very good. Things I did not like: Smoking in the hotel and staff outside the indoor pool. Did not like the smoking aspect. There should be separate smoking zones. I actually had to avoid the main bar as there were always smokers, it was disgusting. The song bird in the cage in the restaurant. It was a distraction and I felt so sorry for that beautiful little bird. I know that this is common in Tunisia but I did not appreciate having to eat food and watch that poor animal trapped in a small tiny cage. The food was really bad. I am afraid to say, that the food was cold most days, we had to heat it up each time in a microwave! This is unacceptable for any hotel! The food got much worse as the days went on. In fact, it got so bad that I stopped eating in there the last few days. The gym is really bad, the equipment is dated and some broken and not much options at all. The carpets in the hallways were torn and looked very dated. There was not a great selection of all-inclusive drinks on the menu. The non-alcoholic cocktail drinks were too sugary and sweet. I tried one and this was enough. The juices were not fresh juices. The tea in the bar was really bad. The teabags from the restaurant are better than in the bar. Stick to the coffee machines when drinking the hot drinks here, it’s much better. They take away the coffee machine in the restaurant during lunch and dinner. I am going to mention something too which was not mentioned about this hotel (or I didn’t pick up on it). Part of this hotel is a care home for the elderly and dementia. This is important to mention. I absolutely adore elderly people and I think it’s great that they have a nice place to relax. I used to work as a care worker myself for two years. I even visited one of their rooms as the French lady wanted to show me and my mum what their apartments are like. They eat in a separate restaurant and the ground floor seems to be reserved for their apartments. However, why was this not mentioned?
