We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and enjoyed it very much. The hotel is very clean and the behavior of the staff is very respectful and responsible. Other advantages: full room facilities, high-speed hotel internet, quiet hotel, very good variety and quality of breakfast and hotel foods, free airport transfer, excellent hotel housekeeping and the distance of the hotel to tourist attractions is 20 minutes.

Lady in reception was rude Food left in room over 2 days Liked · It’s nice and quiet. Staff is really good. Mr Mohammadi at the front desk is really good and helpful. Staff at the kitchen is really attentive and serving well. Breakfast has good options. Lot of Indian variety as well.

Best Hotel on Yazd city for seniors ! Modern Hotel with modern facilities. Comfortable clean rooms. Good breakfast spread. Friendly staff. Very good internet connection. Located close to Shiraz- Yazd Highway, 20-30 minutes drive to the old city center.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights to visit Yazd. I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staffs are so friendly. I advice this hotel to stay. I also appreciate manager of hotel.

Few weeks ago, we went to Arg-e-jadid hotel. We spent a very pleasant time there. The room was very clean and neat. And everything seemed to be new. Also this hotel has a good service for breakfast: diverse and delicious. I really liked that. So i will definitely recommend you to visit Arg-e-jadid hotel.

Hi, New Citadel Hotel in Yazd was a great experience for me and my family. The excellent and kind management of Mr. Ebrahimizadeh, who were able to create this friendly and intimate atmosphere. Excellent and kind and hospitable staff. The facilities inside the rooms are excellent. Excellent breakfast.. without a doubt, I would like to repeat this experience again and enjoy with the family again with this good staff and accommodation in a quiet and excellent hotel. It was a clean, beautiful hotel with amazing breakfast and kind, polite, helpful employees. Their restaurant serves a variety of Persian cuisines along with sea food and international dishes. They also have two coffee shops; one in the yard with a view of the fountains and the other in the lobby. If you want to buy presents made in Yazd, there are also shops for it and again with very reasonable prices. It is located a little bit away from Yazd city center but it was not a problem at all. Wi-fi is free and reception is good.
