had dinner used my credit card to pay and found the charge entered was 8 times the cost of my meal. talked to their accounts person and no resolution after 4 days. not sure if it was intentional as you would think it would be an automatic entry. also the chip and pop machines had the coin slot taped off. there is hardly any sound proofing. 3 am woken up and I could hear people walking around one floor up and hear conversation across the hall clearly

We booked the hotel at Chateau Nova one year ago in advance for Aurora tour in late September!! They sent an email to confirm the room reservation 2 days before the check in date. When we arrived Yellowknife Airport, we called the hotel for pickup. They came in 10-15 minutes. Checkin is fast and they upgrade our 3 rooms to suites. The suite room numbers are 254, 255, and 257. The suite has a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a laundry room with washer and dryer!! You can do your own laundry 😊👍 The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, can opener, utensils, cookware, wine glass and mugs. Please bring your own wine opener. The room temperature is fine. Our room has a small balcony with tree view. They provide a potable AC in the bedroom but we never use it. They do daily housekeeping if you turn off the green light on the front door. They provide with plenty of towels, shower bar, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and makeup remover. I did not try the food in their restaurant since we have a full size kitchen and a living room. We ordered food from DoorDash and the food is delivered to your hotel room doorstep!! It’s so convenient. Overall the hotel is good and quiet. I found a stain on the bedsheet and they changed the sheet right away!! The sauna and steam room are always out of order. It’s part of hotel amenities but they never are available for guests. Gym is good. I will go back again!! Book early.

The staff were friendly, and the room had a great view. The airport shuttle service was convenient, but I wish the entrance path had been smoother to make it easier to roll luggage in and out.

Booking auto cancelled with no refund. Pay extra CAD900, total CAD2000, to stay for 3 nights. Strongly not recommended. never stay here again

Convenient lication, room is big, i booked one room and one suite with kitchen, so glad we go for the kitchen option as it makes the stay in Yellowknife much richer, as u don’t have much restaurant choices so good to cook by self!

Generous sized rooms with comfy beds and large bathroom. Fine accessories and good restaurant. Gym facilities and suoer location to town and sites. Highly recommended best in the league of Yellowknife hotels!

The hotel is the newest one in the town. The amenities are relative new. But the bed sheet is dirty with some stains on it. The reception is very friendly.

방음이 안돼요 체크인할때 조용한방 달라고했는데 신생아 있는 방 앞에 줘서 잠을 제대로 못잤어요 샤워커튼에서도 쉰내나요

黃刀最新的酒店，但是維護得非常差勁，到處破破爛爛，電線也是隨意拉搭。服務就是全程受白眼，90%工作人員是三哥三姐，對國人非常不友好，並且口音濃重，溝通費勁。住了3晚上，衹有第二晚有人來倒垃圾換毛巾。唯一的優點是一樓餐廳價格實惠味道還不錯，但是餐廳暖氣不足，要穿厚外套用餐，冷颼颼的，非常不舒服。

餐廳的經理Rocky終於出現了，在我要求他們重新做一份蔬菜上來，他們就真的切了一份胡蘿蔔條上來，後廚就這麼任性，後廚的反應徹底的激怒了我，叫來了經理Rocky，第一，那40個人的團啥時候來，Rocky居然跟我説那片地方全天候被團隊book了，我還沒聽説餐廳客人不來的時候也要留着桌子，居然不想翻枱，説了誰來都不給座，行吧，這樣的解釋我還是第一次聽説。第二，後廚切來的蘿蔔條也是服氣了，照片大家看看，就是完全沒意識到自己的錯誤在哪，對付事兒啊。想想這個地方就兩家像樣的酒店，確實也是可以任性。酒店不錯可以住，餐廳就勸大家不要來了，出門三百米有個叫Independent的超市，應有盡有。 圖二是鬥爭後的結果，後廚的小朋友徹底怒了，但是也藉此機會告訴他們服務究竟應該是什麼樣的。btw，免單我們沒接受，不丟咱國人的臉！

酒店十分近機場很方便，並且10分鐘路程可以到達超級市場，推薦揀選有廚房的房型，酒店樓下餐廳也推薦。

새로 리노베이션 되어 주변 자른 숙소 대비 깨끗했어요 ^.^ 친절한 리셉션 데스크 사람들이 저희를 맞아주었으며, 체크아웃 후에도 기꺼이 가방을 맡아주었습니다 뷰는 없었지만 오로라 보기 위해 머무르기 너무 좋은 장소였어요

オーロラを見るために6泊しました。キッチン、リビング、ベッドルームのある部屋で自炊しました。徒歩5分のところにインディペンデントというスーパーがあり、食料品はほぼ揃うので便利でした。部屋も広く暖かく、お湯もたっぷり出て快適でした。また利用したいです。
