Ris Dalma Collection Yerevan

It is very nice place and all of the staff are friendly and near to the supermarket and mall .

Из плюсов: 1) большая площадь 2) потрясающий вид из окна 3) хорошая терасса, где можно посидеть на свежем воздухе. Минусы: 1)Не ловит WiFI в спальне 2)Нет принадлежностей для чистки зубов, видимо потому что это не отель 3)Лифтовая шахта оказалась за стеной спальни и сильно слышен лифтовой механизм всю ночь, пришлось спать на диване. 4)Когда заселялся сказали идет ремонт на крыше. Но оказалось там идет полноценная стройка с перфорацией, сносом конструкций и строительством новых. Целый день под звук перфоратора и снос стен было невозможно, даже диван и стол вибрировал. Работы только начали , поэтому в ближайшее время крайне не рекомендую 12 этаж(если конечно не приходите только поспать).

Очень остались довольны апартаментами! Каждый день меняли полотенца и халаты. Даже посуду, оставленную в мойке, помыли) Вид на горы просто потрясающий был! Из минусов могу только сказать, что было шумновато, слабая звукоизоляция и не удобно добираться пешком до центра, поэтому ездили на такси, благо здесь оно не дорогое. Обязательно вернемся еще!

Stayed here upon arrival to Armenia and just before leaving. We arrived from the airport at around 5 am to the hotel and were greeted by the night guards who were very welcoming and helpful. We received all the necessary information, even a coffee and shown the best views of both Ararat and Aragats - still very grateful for their attention. The daily reception staff were also very friendly and helpful. The apartment was huge, comfortable, clean and with the view of magnificent Ararat. Kitchen was also fully equipped. The location of the hotel is quite a bit outside the city centre, so you'll need either a car or take a taxi which is not a problem as the prices are more than reasonable. Next to the hotel is the shopping centre with a big supermarket as well as catering options, that did come in handy. For the second stay, before leaving Armenia, we mixed up the dates and reserved the day earlier my mistake. Luckily, they had one room available and there was no problem to change the date from their side (thanks again!), they only warned us that it is a room of lesser category than we had the first time. But we really didn't see any downside at all once we got in and even liked this apartment more as is had completely separate bedroom. The staff were again very friendly and helpful. All in all, an excellent option for stay in Yerevan.
