離中心有點距離，走路半小時。周邊安靜，早餐豐富，家庭旅館有事能商量。

Близко станция метро, до оперы можно дойти за 10-15 минут. Чистый и красивый номер. В номере была стиральная машинка (хотя в первый раз она немного протекла) и холодильник. Можно попросить уборку в любой день. Ненавязчивый персонал.

This nice small affordable hotel is a gem located close to downtown, hidden behind the park. Very safe location, ok for woman to walk alone in the middle if night and enjoy the capital that never sleeps. ... The WIFI is great , amenities were always tidy, everything worked in the room as it was supposed to. Breakfast from 9 - 11 was delicious with plenty of varieties of warm and cold dishes, local cheeses, fruits, etc. all fresh. The homemade preserves were made by staff. Very yummy!! Grocery and metro is 2 min. to walk. Cannot praise enough the wonderful ladies who worked there daily, Vicki , Armnineh, Sirik, Anahit-- attentive, sweet, professional, quick on their feet. By the second day they will know guests by their name. I would stay at Alba hotel again.

I guess this hotel have upgraded or the management had changed. First of all the receptionist is the sweetest person I've met. She speaks English fluently contrary to old reviews. Too bad I didn't get her name, she always smile and took care of what we need. The furniture seems all new, even the wooden door. Just the sheets have marks and I was uncomfortable to use it. Gladly the sofa is a sofa bed so I slept there instead. The room we stayed on the second floor has enough space for two. There's mini kitchen, fridge, kettle, TV, Hair dryer. But if you are staying more than 3 days, it will be good to request them to clean the room. The breakfast is awesome. She really cooks well, she barely speaks English but she can surely communicate and express herself with gesture. Very kind and really a good cook. Just dont go before 9am as she will be upset :) There is no lift indeed but it is only till 3rd floor. There is no ground floor for them, it's 1st floor immediately. The hotel is clean for a 3 star and for what its cost, its not bad at all. I like the location at best. Very close to metro only 5 mins walk and also close to Lover's Park. Close to groceries, pharmacy, flower shop, fast food and restobar. Cascade is only one station away and 9 mins walk which is mostly flat. Location wise this hotel is perfectly situated at the heart of Yerevan. Staff are nice, sweet and joyful. We didnt get to try the pool as it is not heated and weather was cold despite its summer. The sauna is not working yea. But we are here for a short stay and most of the time we are out touring. We dont mind the other flaws. Will i book this hotel again? Why not? I may even take my friends with me.

I have made reservation at this property and 3 days before my travel they sent me a message requesting to cancel my reservation as they will not be able to provide me with reservation for the price I booked at. After contacting Booking .com customer service they simply ignored and kept sending messages requesting to cancel. Long story short, Your reservation will never be safe on a fully booked day as they would not mind cancelling some guests to receive another at a better rate.

A bit of a shocking experience. Advertisement do not represent the reality at all. Hotel is not easy to find, it is more like a house converted to hotel. Situated among other houses in cull de sack. We had two rooms and were offered rooms on the ground and 3rd floors. My request while booking was disregard. During check in I asked why my request was disregard. And that is very inconvenient for the family to be separated on 4 different levels. But the lady did not want to accommodate. Funny thing that next day I contacted the owner at the morning and he said it is not an issue and we could be easily moved to the same floor as they had rooms available. Poor breakfast with dry bread and mouldy fruits. Very dirty and small pool. Amenities. The photos and description on the site is not what you get at all. Showers are ripped of from the wall, taps in sinks are leaking in both rooms, water is pouring on the floor making it very unsafe for kids and elderly. They definitely do not have any health and safety inspections. Racks for towels are ripped of from the wall. No stove tops available. Washer is out of order and no washer in other room. No plates/cutlery (only 2 cups which is not enough for 3 people occupying 1 room). No Free Bottled water as advertised on the site. Instead there is a big sign with price for the water. Very smelly bathrooms. I mean you are not able to breath from smell of the toilets. The beds are unsuitable to sleep on in both rooms. Springs in the matrasses are destroyed and sticking to your ribs. No topers to cover metal springs. Because they are destroyed, you literally fall nearly to the floor while laying. Feels like you are in a hammock with springs going all the way to you ribs. It is not a hotel, it is converted small house. You do not get Hotel experience. But the price is over the moon for such basic, poor amenities and false advertisement with photos. It is not what you get.

Останававливалась в отеле на 2 ночи. Всё очень понравилось, начиная с теплого приема. Все очень приветливые, доброжелательные, чувствуешь себя очень уютно. Номер у меня был очень просторный, с кухней, гостиной. Хороший wi-fi. В номере были тапочки, что очень приятно. От отеля можно пешком добраться до Старого города. Поблизости от отеля есть магазины. В общем, я сделала хороший выбор ))

Заехали ночью в чистый номер, и чистота поддерживалась регулярно. Благодарю работницу Илону за этот труд и положительный настрой. Было приятно возвращаться в убранный номер, где меняли и полотенца, и тапочки и щетки.. Армине заботилась каждый день, чтобы мы не ушли голодными и даже учитывала пожелания. Не представляю, как она справляется, ещё делая заготовки, чтобы были домашнее варенье, выпечка каждый день, несколько блюд на выбор.. и идеально чистая посуда! Это работа не одного человека, и очень хотелось бы, чтобы ее труд и усердие оценивалось по достоинству руководством. Возможно было больше выходных, чтобы дальше радовать гостей и впечатлять. Ведь ваших хороших порядочных работников, сейчас так просто не найти)) Удобное расположение отеля, до северного проспекта и поющих фонтанов, вернисажа ходили пешком от силы 30 мин. Каждую ночь в отеле было тихо. Номер мансардный, но не жарко, есть кондиционер. Вся мебель новая, на диване тоже удобно спать. Плюс что есть холодильник в номере, пригодился для купленных фруктов или гостинцев. Был огромный телевизор, но там было не до него, т.к. все время изучали город. Приятно вечером после жаркого дня охладиться в красивом бассейне под открытом небом (кстати он тоже чистейший, видели этот процесс ). И очень понравилось кушать во внутреннем дворе, рядом с бассейном и розами.. За это время мы полюбили людей, которые заботились здесь о нас. Желаем вам успехов в вашем бизнесе и благодарных гостей.
