Great location and wonderful and helpful staffs at reception.

Due to the night club on the 2nd floor, the lifts sometimes you may get a strong smoke smell. The night club entrance is exposed to passengers if the lift door is open, the night club environment is not suitable for children to see if you travel with family. Facilities are old but clean, good location. Housekeeping teams are good, but the front desk needs more training. Overall, Ramada CBD is still a good choice if you are looking for international chains with certain service standards.

Hotel is in dire need of renovation. Old & rundown though clean. Location is OK esp. Looking for some Halal food. Night food market close by so food readily available. 45 minutes away from Airport so quite far away. HS train station is close to hotel.

There is no fridge at room, not nice room and they take deposit

The staff is very friendly, the environment is very classy and if you like the old Victorian style this is the place for you! I enjoyed it I ordered for flowers and the hotel staff helped me very much and delivered it to my room , making it super convenient for me

Good place

The reception desk staff spoke English and were very helpful. Our suite was comfortable and our request for a utensil was met promptly. Breakfast was good. We had a most pleasant stay and we will come back to this hotel when we visit Yichang again.

早上帶着岳父去看看這家酒店的親子房間，前台晶晶小姐姐很熱情的帶我們去參觀，看着房間介紹適合三人入住，不過進去後發現住四個人完全沒問題，該有的都有（我們本意就是看看是不是能住四個人），而且小姐姐很貼心的考慮到我們四個人就又給我們贈送了一份早餐。這裏位置不錯，過個馬路就是小童公園，特別適合帶小一點的孩子來玩，果斷在這裏住到旅遊結束。

這次來宜昌選擇了宜昌華美達大酒店，位置非常好，緊鄰BRT的站點，從宜昌東站過來也就半個小時左右。 新裝修的房間看起來比較清爽，衞生間應該是沒有翻新，還是老的，門鎖鎖釦也很復古 早餐品種還可以，有牛肉麪，窗外就是小童公園的摩天輪

來宜昌很多次了，這次住的最安靜、床舒適度適中，地理位置非常好，房間非常安靜、而且周邊交通便利到哪裡都方便，前台晶晶也非常熱情，下次來了宜昌還來住。

侮辱了華美達這個名字，建議大家別去，問題太多，總結一下 ❶房間小的我以為我在香港，兩個箱子都沒辦法一起打開，招待所的感覺，窗户一點點小。❷洗澡間嚴重堵塞，相當惱火。❸當天室外温度12度，我打開空調半天沒感覺，就電話聯繫前台問，結果別人直接説不開，沒辦法………無語。 其他的也不想多説，再次建議放棄這家店的選擇，我一般不做這種評價，實在是太無語，後附照片

酒店在市中心，停車方便，有地上和地下，早餐也很豐富，就是房間太小了，空調製冷效果不太好，晚上睡着感覺熱，宜昌風景秀麗，下次再來。

酒店位置好在宜昌的西陵區。早餐比較豐盛，Kelly服務不錯，有機會再來！酒店免費停車，前台都熱情有禮，安排的房間也是相當滿意！

第一次來宜昌出差，感覺很好。酒店有點老，但是服務很好，前台素質很高，去的時候有很多外國人擠在前台，大堂經理小章非常專業一邊指引排隊一邊辦理入住，房間也安排的很不錯，性價比很高。
