Gamalan Star Hotel recensioner

Located in a vibrant street full of eateries in central of Jiaoxi. Hotel breakfast is by far the best of what we had in Taiwan , very good quality with plenty of selection , deserts and can drinks provided as well. Great hot spring facilities in the rooftop & very spacious and comfortable family room with nice room slippers & onsen sandals. We are also provided with vouchers to experience cooking onsen egg/ vegetables at nearby Gamalan hotel. Overall, a great hotel but the lobby feels noisy & crowded as it is considered an open space area as the bakery, with Starbucks and hotel restaurant.

Visited the hotel with my family, stayed in room 720, great food, room, ambience and roof top hot spring facility, just that roof top hot spring area closes from 11:30 to 2:30, which is a bit inconvenient. Most of the staff members we saw are very polite and accommodating! A female staff member we saw at 11:30 on the 14/Nov at the hot spring reception was not friendly at all. She was the only staff at the hot spring area at that moment. There was two hair dryers hanging on the wall, one of them was not working. I passed the broken hair dryer to her and reflected this issue. She simply took the hair dryer without a word and totally ignored me. Her expression shows that she absolutely didn’t want to be there. She is unbelievably rude and way below ********* hospitality standard!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel, The location and service was very good. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

We bring our wheelchair bound mum for our planned Taiwan travel. Booked 3 rooms. The rooms are very spacious and clean. My mum and all our family members were very satisfied with the rooms. And the 温泉泡as well. All good except for the typhoon Krathon which disrupted our travel itinerary.

Room was big and clean nearby food stores and convenient stores. Recommended for families.

A new hotel, clean, spacious room, good breakfast spread. Need to take note that the English Name of the Hotel is Gamalan Spring instead of Gamalan Star.

Location is fantastic. Room is exceptional good especially the bed and in room hot spring tub. Very clean & Spacious.

The room is very spacious and clean. The staffs are very friendly too. I made dinner buffet reservation and enjoyed a good price for it. The food variety is good and it worth the money. I enjoyed my stay here very much. Especially with the hot spring in the room. Highly recommended.

This hotel has everything you need for. Only that the bathroom accessories used are not up to standard. Expect this hotel to partner with some famous brands for that. Also the hair dryer also spoil what it is a high class and beautiful hotel.

The location is well situated for the hot spring (onsen) town. Town is a bit in the quiet side which is good for a restorative weekend get away. The renovation is new, and place is clean. Breakfast spread offers wide range of raw vegetables, a vegan haven which is pretty standard fare for a 4 star ********* style hotel. On the same ground floor, there is a bakery offering delectable selection of pastries. Only downside is it is not opened till 10am.

飯店位於礁溪溫泉蛋黃區，附近各類商店林立，晚上吃飯逛街非常方便。 房間很大，打掃乾淨無任何異味。浴缸又大又寬又深，身高180腿可伸直，泉質純凈，泡湯後非常舒服，皮膚很光滑。馬桶是全自動智能免治馬桶，使用上很方便。 頂樓大眾池（須穿泳裝戴泳帽），大概有七、八個池子，有SPA水柱功能，對消除疲勞非常有幫助。 整體來說，是一次非常棒的住宿泡湯體驗，下次一定會再來住！

地點方便，距離客運站不遠。房間夠寬敞，放了行李箱還有很多空間，關了所有燈可以見到夜空，可以為房間帶點亮光。酒店設施適合一家大細，食早餐的地方不錯，房內設有溫泉可浸浸，想欣賞美景又可以上天台浸露天溫泉，廁所有暖氣可提供，二樓可以享受小魚咬腳，還見到巴西龜。到宜蘭的最好選擇。
