My kids definitely had a fantastic time here! Highly recommended for families with young kids. It’s a good one stop with entertainment and food readily accessible.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful—truly beyond expectations! Every little detail kept surprising us in the best way. The level of care and thoughtfulness throughout the hotel really stood out. The room amenities were exceptional, from the Dyson hair dryer to the luxurious L’Occitane products throughout. They even provided a cute little bag for us to take everything home, which was such a thoughtful touch! What made the experience even more special was the incredible team. Every staff member, from reception to the cleaning team and activity hosts, was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They made us feel so welcome and well taken care of. There were also countless activities for children, which made it perfect for families, while still offering great options for parents to relax and enjoy themselves too. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would happily return again!

Excellent place for kids with the cars. There's just a lack of f&b nearby given it's location in a smaller city. But the rest of the stay was amazing - buffet spread was great!

Hotel connected with a shopping mall, with restaurants, cinema, bubble tea, donut, ice cream, sushi etc. Hotel has a mini snack bar for free, library with a small cafe with snacks, mini cinema, play corner for younger kids, play area for tv games, outdoor area with bouncy castles, outdoor and indoor car ride, so much fun!! Snacks, drinks, water, coffee, breakfast provided for free.

To the Management of Silks Place Yilan, I am writing to express my absolute outrage regarding the totally unacceptable treatment my family received at your hotel this morning, June 20. At 9:10 AM, my wife and I brought our son and daughter to your children's "hunter" event. When we politely asked a few basic questions while collecting the game vests, the male staff member in charge was unbelievably rude. Instead of answering, he aggressively and disrespectfully pointed his finger directly at us. This behavior is absolutely disgraceful. We arrived on June 18 with very high expectations for a premium family holiday, and this individual's hostility has completely ruined our impression of your hotel. Treating guests with such blatant disrespect—especially at a kids' event—is inexcusable. I demand an immediate investigation into this staff member's conduct and a formal explanation from management. I expect a prompt reply regarding how you intend to address this immediately.
