If you are looking for relaxation and quiet sleep this not right place to choose, a lot of noise breakfast only cheese style, staff are not satisfied with customer service the brack my privacy entries to my room while I am there, they are rejecting to speak with their manager and they are not speaking English as will

I’m just have disappointed regarding the night reception in first night he not speak polit with guests  Also the room temperature is very hot and could not be adjust  It’s long used for trip.com but I’m looking to have  Compensation For not happy condition

We had a great stay at the hotel. Everything was exquisite and the hotel staff were very helpful and approachable. Exceptional service from Ms. Lily who assisted us on how to get around places.

It is a good hotel for this price. Toilet door open and close with huge noise. They say that same type of doors in all rooms.

The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was attentive and friendly, but they didn't speak English and were sometimes unwilling to help. For instance, they refused to help me heat my food in the microwave. Additionally, you have to carry your own luggage as the hotel staff does not assist with it. Location is great, no doubts.

Very nice room n location. Just this time the air conditional not working well. Not cool enough for a weather of 40-43° during our travel.

The housekeeping staff is excellent. They are efficient and clean up the room within one hour of my leaving the room in the morning. The location is very convenient. The breakfast is ok, not the best.
