The location is good, but everything else lacks. They probably made effort to clean the sheets, but still at an unacceptable condition. The towels weren’t dried properly, hence left with bad smell. Big gaps between the door and the frame allowed all noises easily come into the room from the corridor. The shower head needed replacement or cleaning as the shower was going in all wrong directions. The shower door also didn’t stop the water going outside of the cubicle and the floor towel was all wet. @trip.com needs to review their services and make sure they satisfy minimum standards. Otherwise it may damage your reputation as a trusted travel service provider.

1. There was no cupboard or hangers for clothes. 2. Soap dispensers in the toilet & the washeroom weren't working properly. 3. There is no handle on the toilet door ( just a small round steel piece) , hard to pull n open. 4. No room clean unless u call n request the reception. Suggestions: 1. Need to include basic amenities as all other hotels do have, like : Cupboards, Iron Box, atleast 4 hangers, etc. 2. Hotel should have the card ( Please make or clean my room / Do Not Disturb ).

Nyaman dan deket malioboro

Hotel location is ideal. Railway station close by. Malioboro street walking distance away. Housekeeping is top class. Room is spotlessly clean. Breakfast good.

Very convenient location near train station , close to restaurants and sightseeing places. Hotel room is big with everything needed. It's a home away from home.

Excellent location to Malioboro St and many food eateries. Highly accessible to other cities in Indonesia as railway station is across the road. Also accessible to YIA by train.

Good location. Near to train station yogya. Lots of shops and cafe . Room size just ok for 2 people. Nothing fancy. Breakfast also ok. Varieties and lots of food
