Four Points Flex by Sheraton Yokohama West recensioner

Very comfortable beds! I often have back pain, but here, at Four Point Flex, I have no problems at all. The staff is helpful. Some of them speak English well, some don't, but use translator app. I didn't like the street, though. Many drunk people in the evening, ************ and noise. However, the window was directed sideways, so, it wasn't noisy.

Very convenient location ! A lot of food nearby. Highly recommend

Wow! The location of this hotel is literally right in the heart of Yokohama, many markets, restaurants and bars nearby. The Yokohama station is just a few minutes walk away which is near many attractions such as the Yokohama amusement park, the Sky Garden and Cable car ride about one stop away on the station. The hotel was super clean especially since it’s relatively new this year 2024. The room was a bit small but very comfortable and the price at the time of booking was super reasonable at the time. I would definitely book again.

The breakfast, which costs 1200 yen, was really excellent with natto, an egg, a hearty soup, tofu, salmon and rice.

This is an extremely clean and well run hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but the space is well used.

The location was perfect—close to public transport and major attractions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

About 10 min walk from Yokohama Station which has many shops. Lots of restaurants around.

Check in was fast and efficient ala japanese business hotel. It is v new. Its about 7 minutes walk from yokohama main station. But really easy as it is 1 straight road. V clean uncluttered and comfy!

Superb location with super market, many eateries, thrift stores, shopping malls, gyms within 5 mins walk. Yokohama Station also just 6 mins walk away. Simmons bed! Great sleep! Great amenities and clean. Really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Day trip to kamakura and enoshima Island. Lunch at restaurant on ground floor.

Good location, very convenient as it’s close to JR station, surrounded by many shopping malls. Even can buy the famous brand snack easily.

Room tiny and have round table. Light is a bit dim for sleep have view from window.Check out time is 12.00.very flexible.

It's been a great experience compare to other hotels I have stayed in Tokyo. Yet small but there were no smoking smells and it was quiet to sleep at night. The cleaners are so friendly, most of them can speak English and so accommodating. The facilities and staff were great. Location is a 10 minute walk from Yokohama station and it was nice to walk to Rinko Park which was a workout for me. These rooms would suit a solo traveller due to the size of the room. I was amazed they gave me 18 water bottles for each night of my 18 night stay and there was a feedback form as well which all hotels in Tokyo have not provide this level of service. Highly recommend!
