交通便利，橫濱站東口150米即是，房間較小但乾淨衞生，西式早餐。

とても綺麗なホテルでした。 駅から近く大満足です。

受付のお姉さんが優しかったです。 隣の部屋の方の声は筒抜けでした。

喫煙ルーム使用させていただきましたが、 思った以上に部屋も廊下もタバコの匂いがしました。 お部屋は普通でした。 クレンジングや化粧水などは無かったです。

いつもキレイで良いホテルです。

ＣＩが1:00でＣＯ7:30の短時間でしたので、何事も無く過ごせました 喫煙者としては禁煙部屋でもせめて喫煙所が欲しかったかな

I stay in many hotels and this was the first time I cancelled my stay even with a fee because the room was so horrible. Smoky room. I asked the front desk if they can switch me to a non-smoking room and they told me all rooms were booked. My skin is itching as I type this and I have the window open which makes it so loud because of the multiple trains that goes by in front of it. I HATE this room. Everything is yellowed from age. Even the pajama that they leave for you. I spent long as I can outside the hotel because I can't stand being in the room. One small elevator for the whole hotel AND everyone needs to go to the 2nd floor to check-in. I bumped into an older guy sneaking in a young girl. I took the cancellation fee and booked at Sotetsu Fresa Inn next to this place which is so much better for a similar price. Never again.
