Nice location , near MRT , near bus stop and Yamashita park. The room is nice and clean. Full of facilities.

The location is close to China town and 10 minutes walk to Osanbashi Pier for the Celebrity Millennium cruise. We decided to take a taxi because it was hot and we didn't want to drag the luggage. So we asked the front desk to call a taxi. The cost was 1000 Japanese yen, and we paid about $7 with the currency exchange rate. It is worth purchasing breakfast.

Great breakfast for my business trip, meaning that you can quickly find something tasty and move on to the next schedule. Their service is friendly and professional. Room is clean and excellent location near MM-5 station.

We stayed there for 2 nights. The location is located in the very city center. The bus stop and subway station is just around the corner. There are at least 3 convenience stores nearby. Great clean room, large breakfast spread, friendly service. Thank you

Breakfast is very good. The room is considered large in the Japan hotel category.

Hotel is just 3 min walk to Metro Station. The room with twin beds is spacious, yet not enough self-served facilities, like microwave oven or free coffee machine. Anyway the room price is valued for brand hotels.

Great location and friendly services. There is carpark nearby very convenient if you are driving.

All the staff were very friendly and full of hospitality, which made my stay very comfortable.

It’s an old hotel, so expect some wall dent or floor stains. Aside from that, the staffs are very friendly. It’s located near convenience store and train station. It’s also walkable to Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse.

Upgraded to twin bed in last minute but hotel staff helped me get upgraded in 5 minutes. So efficient
